This place can get pretty messy, anything can happen here.. - they've even converted one room into a kitchen! The kitchen, converted from a room, was being utilized by labourers, who also occupied the upstairs hall, with approximately 20 workers staying overnight. smoke from the kitchen was causing discomfort and disturbances to tenants in nearby rooms.

If you are an IT professional or a student, I would strongly advise looking for another PG instead of wasting your time here. The basic facilities are poorly maintained , ,room taps and flush systems often don’t work, and you have to repeatedly request repairs. The food quality is also disappointing, with the same dal and chawal served almost every day, and hygiene is a serious concern. The washing machines are in bad condition, making it inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is unreliable and is turned off at least once a week. To make matters worse, the caretaker behaves in an unprofessional and rude manner, almost like an owner rather than someone providing service. Overall, not recommended at all.

Highly recommended this PG! I have been in the same PG for 4 years. Facilities are clean and well maintained.The staff and owner incredibly friendly and accommodating. Food quality and quantity both are good. Especially I should really appreciate owner Mr. Ratikant for despite being in a city prone to water shortages, I never encountered any issues with water supply in PG. I would highly recommend this PG to anyone looking for an affordable and enjoyable accommodation option.”
