“I stayed in this PG for almost one year, and my experience was quite disappointing, especially for long-term stay. When I initially inquired in April 2025, the rent was ₹7,500 for a room (2-sharing) and ₹7,000 for hall (2-sharing in a 1BHK setup). The setup is such that the hall, kitchen, and bathroom are all connected, and there is one separate room inside. Even though both hall and room are shared by two people, room occupants still get comparatively better privacy, while hall occupants have very little privacy since people from the room frequently pass through the hall. One major issue is that there is no stability in room allocation. When you join, you are not fixed to one room or cot. I personally had to shift multiple times — from Room 304 → 305 → 204 → and finally 205 before leaving. Room changes are done based on management convenience. For example, if someone requests single sharing or if occupancy changes, existing tenants are asked to shift rooms accordingly. This becomes very inconvenient, especially for long-term residents. Another major concern is the frequent rent increase. Within one year, the rent was increased multiple times: - ₹7,500 → ₹8,000 (mid-year) - ₹8,”
