I stayed at your hotel for 2 days and was charged MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) charges for making payment through my credit card.As per RBI guidelines, merchants/hotels should not impose MDR charges separately on customers. Collecting such charges from customers is not acceptable.I request you to kindly refund the MDR charges collected and ensure this practice is stopped for future customers.

This hotel is one of the worst in Karnataka. Even a local lodge is much better. Very bad service and no cleanliness at all. Check-in time was 12 noon, but the room service was very poor. The staff behavior was also not good. The room condition was very bad. The price is too high for this quality — even a ₹600 or ₹700 budget hotel would be better than this place. Breakfast was also very worst. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

Staff Theft – No Refund Even After 6 Months Hotel staff stole my OnePlus Buds 3 (₹4,700) from my room. Management admitted it and promised repayment. 6 months later — no money, no response. Extremely unsafe and dishonest hotel. Avoid at all costs. — Edwin Thomas

Went for Dinner . Specifically asked the waiter to make the food ‘Less spicy’ and the food was exact opposite of it . When we asked waiter why - He says that the food is medium spicy already so he didn’t bother to tell the cook . Food is also very unhygienic please avoid !

Useless services. Though written free WiFi there WiFi is always under repair and never works. Toilet jet spray, door handle lock of room are in ICU state. Almost on the verge of repair. Balcony provided with a big wall in front of balcony. And yes balcony door also doesn’t locks. Monkeys roaming in balcony and with no door lock they can trespass the rooms.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. We were travelling with our 2-year-old child and were allotted a room on the 2nd floor, right next to a party/ drinking area. There was loud talking and laughter well past midnight, continuing until around 3 AM, making it extremely difficult for us to rest. This room allocation was inappropriate given our situation. The next morning, we left our luggage in the room and went down for breakfast. When we returned, we found that monkeys had entered the room, eaten all the fruits we had kept and broken some bottles. There was no warning from the staff about this risk, nor were we advised to keep windows secured.

Pathetic Hotel Run by Thieves – Worst Experience Ever! This place is a disgrace to the word “hotel.” During my stay at Hotel Durgada Siri, my OnePlus Buds 3 (₹4,700) were stolen straight from my room by their own staff while cleaning. YES – theft by their own employee. They shamelessly admitted it and promised to repay in 3–4 days, but now it’s been over two weeks, and they’re not even picking up my calls. What kind of hotel employs thieves and then goes silent after getting caught red-handed? Utterly disgusting experience. This place is a joke — no security, no responsibility, and absolutely zero ethics. I lost my favourite earbuds, and they act like it’s nothing. I’m moving forward with a legal case — this hotel should be blacklisted. Avoid this place like the plague. Trusting Hotel Durgada Siri is like inviting theft into your room. With deep disappointment Edwin Thomas

Will not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. My experience was below average, starting from room booking till check out. None of the staff are trained here and they don't know how to treat a customer. Basic necessities like kettle, toiletries (soap, shampoo, tissue) were not provided. Room was having smoked up smell, AC did not have remote and was placed high. Service quality is below average. Coming to food, the complementary breakfast was very bad.All items were too oily and some of us has stomach upset after having food here.Maintenance of the garden area is very bad and we could see torn, untidy sofas there.This place is mostly filled with non vegetarians and alcoholics and smokers. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely disaster...the hotel is very unhygienic, uninterested staff and no basic amenities available in the rooms. Lot of issues with basic amenities like water supply, cleanliness in room, TV, Slippers not available in room. Much better options available at other hotels.
