The management ensures a robust 24x7 supply of both water and electricity, which is a huge peace of mind. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the value. The rooms are absolutely spacious, feeling open and airy with great ventilation, far from the cramped spaces you usually encounter in budget-friendly accommodations. This is genuinely one of the best PGs I’ve encountered in Nagavara, not just for the excellent facilities, but because of the wonderful friendly environment that made the whole place feel so welcoming. Me and my friends stayed in this PG for 3 months, The owner of this PG Anji Reddy is very kind and humble, unlike other PG owners he actually returned the security deposit while we are leaving. This is the best PG in the whole area considering the price and the facilities it offers. The Tiffins and Dinner is good, lunch is okay. We will get 24 hours hot water, electricity backup, daily housekeeping. There is 1 refrigerator and 2 wifi routers for every floor. Try to get corner rooms as they have more ventilation. We had a great time at this wonderful PG.

5/5 Highly Recommended PG near Manyata Tech Park! I had a very good experience staying here. If you're working near Manyata Tech Park, this is one of the best PG options you’ll find. Very spacious rooms Affordable rent compared to other PGs in the area Fridge on every floor Good washing machines Cooking stove available Big dining area Water filter available on the ground floor Earlier, each floor had direct water access, but due to water wastage, it's now limited to common areas — still very manageable. Overall, it’s clean, spacious, and worth the price. I’d definitely recommend it — no need to think twice or look for other PGs!
