Worst PG to stay for professionals. The caretaker is a cheat and has no authority over the college boys who stay there and create ruckus everyday. No power backup, no working washing machine, food is not good (if ever u get any), lift is inoperable most of the time. Rooms are worst. Wifi is slower then 2G. From evening till late night college students will party and shout and the caretaker/owner will simply run away to avoid confrontation. Deposit won't be refunded. And the caretaker doesn't like people from outside the state. Do not stay here at any cost.

The worst PG you can find in the area. Owner is only concerned with rent. No facilities. Worst food i ever had. You will get the same vegetable and curry daily. The owner is worst human i ever met he did not return my security money of 2000. The owner also had been to jail for being the suspect of a theft in the PG of 2 laptops and 1 mobile phone as the cameras were shut down during those hours of incident. No security. The wifi will be provided but only to test your patience level as it will get disconnected within every 2 minutes.

Owner behaviour is the worst in the pg, forget your advance money if you have given it, they are never gonna give it back. On the name of non - veg you would barely get two small pieces of chicken. Security is completely disgusting , thefts of laptop mobile occurred when i was in the pg. And if you are from north congratulations you'll be completely biased by the owner.

It is one of the worst pg near Global Village. If you are from kerala,this pg is not meant for you.The owner and his brother shows partualilty to telugu natives.Food is served specially to them. Even though the rent is paid, during vacating time they hold us and ask for more money. The owner's father-in-law is a local goon so they threatens malayalees if extra money is not given they wouldn't leave us. Definitely the worst pg,not safe to stay

1 star will be better for this cause , I was a software guy in this pg , this pg was maintained by a old guy who is not suitable for it , because of him mostly I am giving this rating , maybe pg was good before his presence . , Hygiene :4/5 , food: 1/5 , maintenance: 2/5 and you guys can see the chicken pieces are adding legs in this ! How disgusting the old guy for this ! Not acceptable because of old guy rest all ois good for me !

no worthy and not budget friendly the reality there are many pg surrounding I suggest to see other pg if other want their money worth the reality 😢 😔 😞 😕 🙏 💔 😢 the area is full of money eaters the reality if anyone stay in pg even in other pg if anyone wanna stay in other pg wil just deduct 1000rs for food and 90% money the consumer need to pay for rent no worthy pgs charge 90% for room renr and 1000rs for food to the pg owner worst pgs in the areas not worth for lower middle class people's and middle class people not only this pg I stayed in earlier I stayed 3 pgs and if anyone donr want food and just renr just the pg owners will deduct 1000rs and other 90% the consumer need to pay the losses of middle class people the area pgs owner are earnings 10 to 15 lakhs by this worth thing pay 90% rent for room and just 10% for food they has no vakue for food they has just value for renr rooms yhe reality no worth for lower middle class uper middle class people owners are earing sime around 10lakhs and sime are 10 lalhs above by loving the middle class people I enquired some pgs the reality is they jsut have the 90% value for room not for momey so it's fugame of looting and secur
