Maintenance is not at all good and full of bed bugs. If you complain regarding anything it won't be solved at all. Increases rent every 2-3 months saying the facilities will be improved but it won't happen and the already available facilities become even worse due to lack of maintenance. No TV in each room, no refrigerator and water facility in each floor. Only one common TV, refrigerator and water filter available in the basement. Your new clothes get stained in washing machine instead of cleaning the clothes. Worst maintenance, owner only cares about money. Only good thing is balcony so one star for that.

The Best PG! I stayed in Ojas PG for around 2 years, and my experience was really good. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with regular housekeeping. The PG has a peaceful environment, good security, and all basic facilities like Wi-Fi, power backup, and water supply are well managed.
