Also listed as “Super Collection O Chikmangaluru”. This company put cheap rooms on booking.com and don’t honour the contract. Believe all the other reviews describing underhand tactics. The location is poor, it’s out of town on a busy dual carriageway road, with nothing much close by nor easily / safely walkable. Rooms are not as fresh n new as in the photos, they look very lived-in, and I suspect the bedding is not even clean. Perhaps not changed since the last guest. Better pay another 1000 INR and get a clean room in a central location with more honourable owners / staff - AVOID!!

Disappointing Experience – Not Up to Capital-O Standards We booked this stay expecting the quality and standards associated with Capital-O, but it was a complete disappointment. The room was in terrible condition—unclean, poorly maintained, and far from hygienic. Basic amenities like towels were not even provided. This place is absolutely not suitable for families. It's located on top of a bar, making it feel unsafe and uncomfortable, especially for those traveling with children or elders. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended!

Not recommended place to stay with family. I won't be staying here even if they offer free stay. That is how I got embarrassed during my family stay. The place for car parking will always be full in day time with people drinking inside and outside the car, as this place sell retail beer and liquor. The parking place is full of scattered beer bottles, even broken bottles also u can find where you park car. The reception & rooms are in 1st floor & there is no lift access. If you have trollies, you need to carry by yourselves and there won't be anyone to help you here for taking luggage. The hotel management are more concentrated on bars & restaurants, not in hotel rooms. The bedsheets were not clean in room & when ask for change, the front desk guy told no service person available. Any room service required, you need to call the front desk person on mobile. Intercom also not working. We order a fried rice at 9.30 pm and we got it served in room at night 11.15. the plates were not properly cleaned & food was too much spicy. I barely able to have 1/4 of the fried rice & got atleast 3-4 sliced green chillies from such small portion

Extremely unfriendly manager at the telephone. He wanted more money than we’ve booked for and got mad as we phoned with him. We booked for 1000 with all extras; 3 people, A/C. The room we got was not even for 3 people as we booked, without A/C. Manager wanted us to pay 1500 and said, that he changed the prices but it takes time on booking.com for over a month. And that it is not his problem. Unnecessary unfriendly. We thought it was a tourist-trap. The room: It was a normal bed. As we asked, we got a dirty kind of mattress for the floor. And the bed sheets were horribly dirty. Good that we had sleeping-bags with us. Not worth it‘s money. Never ever again!!!

Delayed service, says cook hasnt turned up, most items on menu are missing, ordered lemon rice and did not turn up even after 15 minutes, had to walk out. Assuming high way side restaurant expect fast service. Looks good from outside. Bar seems to be good, did not try though.

We were so disappointed after visiting this hotel. We booked the room on Oyo and when we reached there, they simply said that they do not accept OYO bookings and they have been struggling to remove their listing from OYO websites. The managers were not ready to co-operate with us and they were not even open to provide us another room. If there would have been 0 rating for them, I would definitely have provided that.

WORST EXPERIENCE, One of the worst rooms ever, not meant for family , there is a bar below where you find highly qualified drunkers , who don’t even bother if some family is moving around . Looks like a haunted place , super dirty pillow covers and the blankets , when asked to change , we get the torn ones . Please donot visit this place . Rather opt for SKYLAND (rooms) they are amazing

travellers who are looking for checkin this hotel please ignore,dont even consider it, FAMILY a big NO. Because there is a wine shop below that which all the drunkeds are around, no saftey, with experience i was writing this review. managers no responsive and ask you to pay an extra money for the room, and not responsive talks so rude and ask you to wait for anything you ask. Rooms Not clean, no hygenic, Dont go with the photos u see. manager is worthless 0/100 people after watching this review again prefering to checkin its upto u. overall : 0/100
