“Had a horrible experience. Was helping a close friend move in to this place. She had a signed agreement and had paid the deposit and rent for a 1bhk. When we reached after moving cities, she was told at the gate that the flat had been given to someone else. Property manager rudely asked her to share a different flat with a male tenant! She was left with 6 suitcases without a place to stay in a new city with no apologies from Colive. No responses, no responsibility taken, no refund given yet. Sales person refuses to answer calls, management is not replying to emails. Complete scam. Please beware.”

“Not at worth staying. Bed bubs found terms and conditions with 5 days u tell issue or after that everything is charged. The charges are also super high. Sales person vanish after the deals. Not pickup the phone nor reply on msg. If u complain the team just calls for the formalities he does not want to hear you out just close the ticket. Food is worst. So many complaints done but they have given deaf hear. I would not all recommend any one to go. If any authority is reading this msg take it. I would support if any one want to go legal with them.”

The overall condition of the property reflects a lack of management oversight and proper maintenance planning. Charges are added to the monthly bill without clear explanation or prior notification. Rent is being increased too often without justification or improvement in services.”

“DONT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Literally the biggest scammers. Security deposit kha gaye. Bola 3 months lock in and 6 month ka lock in app pe. Lost 40k full deposit in this.”

Despite receiving my security deposit cheque dated July 3rd 2024, the funds were not credited to my account even after depositing it on July 31st 2024. The bank has informed me that the cheque bounced due to insufficient funds in the payee's account. I am confused and frustrated by this situation. Colive actions are fraudulent, and I will never recommend this company. I am considering legal action to recover my funds. I urge you to take action against such unethical practices. It is unacceptable for a company operating in India to defraud its customers. I hope this incident serves as a reminder of the importance of treating customers fairly and honestly.

Adv. Anupam Mishra★★★★★There are many reasons of not recomending the colive property pg, and they are as below: 1. Hygenie: Very poor hygeine, room doesnt gets cleaned, it only gets cleaned twice or once a week. For a 6 floor building property they have kept one perosn for building and room cleaning(Thats how they do cost cutting and dont give service of what they charge money from tenant) 2. Food: Food somtimes provided are not at par, its not hygenic, dinner although has been improved but breakfast still needs to be improved(Oily food like paratha and poori are given, which is not good for health) 3. Room provided are small like small studio room, of what the rent are charged, like in my case if anyone come and visit Room no. 306 its very small and i am being charged (7500+ other exp: 7800 almost a rent for one bed in double sharing bed in a small studio room, which is not justified) 4. Security Deposit and notice period Trap: The polict made by colive is a trap, dont fall into the sales person good words(as there work is to sale room, they are hardly bothered in whatever problem you are).
