The maintenance of this property has been unsatisfactory, and the owner has not adequately addressed our concerns. Rooms are only cleaned every 15 days, and we encounter daily issues with the water supply. The drinking water filtration system is dirty, and there is no space to dry clothes. Additionally, the washing machine is not functioning. While we understand the importance of paying rent on time, this situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. The owner seems to be taking our phones and giving himself five-star ratings on Google Maps😂

I stayed here for 3 months the room is good to stay for 2 members but the wifi is worst I've ever used and sometimes water( both drinking and normal water) problem. They are not providing any food and cleaning is once or twice per month so mosquitos also more. I'm not giving any negative review but i faced these problems there.

Excellent pg . Very affordable . Owner is very friendly and gives quick response for any issues 1. newly installed water purifier 2. Speed and unlimited WiFi 3. Calm location and peaceful place. 4.Parking facility with CCTV coverage. 5. Yeshwantpur railway station is near by. Walkable distance 6.Rooms are spacious with good ventilation and cupboard including with attached washroom. (New modified and painted) 7. No water issues 8. people who stayed here are very good and friendly with no issues.

If you are on a budget and if you don't want food within PG, this is a good place. I stayed for 4 months at 4500 per month. Imagine 9000 rupees for a 10x10 room that too in Double Sharing. You'll barely have space. All photos in these images are fake and original one is the last image. 1.2km from IISc (walkable distance). Everything is budget products. Bare minimum to survive. Semi automatic washing machine, monthly once or twice cleaning, no table and NO WASH BASIN. Heater coils provided. Good water purifier is available. Lots of food places in 2km radius. Very close to Yeshwantapur Metro and Sandal Soap Factory Metro. You can walk to both of these metros. Good budget friendly options for 2-4 months stay. PG caretaker is very responsive and listens to issues. Electricity bill is not separate. (Which is not the case with most PGs).

Decent accommodation for the price range. The building is well maintained, with the cleaning being done weekly or bi-weekly. There is a biometric based access gateage for security and thus, there are no timing restrictions. The location offers an easy commute to the nearby IISc and is close to the Yeshwantpur railway and metro stations. The owner and the caretaker are very helpful and are always available to sort out any issues. The major con would be the small-sized bathroom with no wash basin.

I am staying here for 7 months.. I have not faced any issues as for now . Rooms will be cleaned for every 2 weeks. Washing machine is available. Only issue is e WIFi problem most of the time it is slow here so in that case we need to use our mobile data. You can find many restaurant and mess near by which provides good food..

I had to relocate to another place because of the distance to the office, otherwise I wont be moving from this PG. A good PG, the owner is so responsive and attendive, if you have any discomfort the owner will immediately sort things out. Do check this PG out if you are in hunt for PGs, do not mis this. Only cons is that there is no washing machine and food.
