Check-In (With Full Payment, Zero Experience) I checked in after paying the full amount upfront — the only part of the stay that worked smoothly. A few months ago, this hotel felt like a proper, well-maintained business-class space. This time, I realised nostalgia is dangerous. Back then I thought, “Yes, this works.” Now, it feels more like a roadside lodge cosplaying as a resort, with management missing in action. 🛏️ 2. vaibhav vutkoor★★★★★We booked an overnight stay at this hotel solely because of its proximity to a nearby temple, as we had to leave early in the morning around 5 a.m. Unfortunately, our stay turned out to be quite disappointing. We were allotted Room No. 107, where we immediately noticed several issues. There was no hot water available in the bathroom, which was extremely inconvenient, especially considering the early morning schedule. Additionally, despite booking a room with a king-size bed, we were provided with a queen-size bed instead, which did not match the booking details. To make matters worse, we found dead cockroaches inside the room, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and did not meet even basic expectations. I would advise others to be cautious before booking this hotel

shaik babar★★★★★I recently visited your restaurant for the buffet and wanted to share some feedback to help improve the experience for future guests. Unfortunately, I found the food quality below expectations. The kababs had an overpowering taste of ginger paste, which affected the overall flavor. Additionally, the staff service was quite slow—especially with serving rotis, which took too long to arrive. The desserts and sweets were also disappointing in both taste and variety. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and work on improving both food quality and service speed. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

Rohit Phiske★★★★★The housekeeping team before checkin failed to understand how to clean and keep room open for new guest. Shabby washrooms No towels and soaps and absolutely no care. An angel names "Raghavendra" finally addressed most of issues. Not recommended till the day shift housekeeping issues have been taken care.

Smriti★★★★★Dismal hotel, really. Had a horrible experience. The room was not cleaned at all upon check in, there was a wet towel on the floor from the previous guest. The tea and coffee in the restaurant were not hot. All the breakfast items were very salty and just so blah. The fans are noisy. There was hair in the bathroom. They didn't even provide free drinking water. Only good thing was hot water in the shower. For that, I'm giving one star.

Ebenezer Kingslin - Official★★★★★One of the worst Experience - We checked in late night and there was no one to give rooms. Security came and gave keys and said manage it, when we had booked with extra bed it was not arranged! End it was just chaos! No staffs in hospitality service. Breakfast ask anything its just NO - no cheese no egg, simple things was not there. Was a very upsetting stay. Never would want to go here once again. Dont just fall for pics. Reality is horror.

Their behavior ruined the entire stay. Would never return or recommend. About breakfast, you can't find anything it just worst part.
