Highly recommend not to join this PG. 1. They are cheaters and money minded people. They will take money but not provide any good service. Management is very bad. 2. No proper food or WiFi is available. Food is not of good quality. 3. Hot water doesn't comes many times. 4. Lot of bed bugs, be ready to live with them if you plan to stay. 5. Drinking water is not very hygienic. Please re-consider other PGs, you will get many. Staying here will be whole lot of nightmare.

1. Food not good for north indians, worst part is chapati and dal 2. They prepare sambhar 3-4 times a week 3. Matress filled with insects and common gallery with dustbin garbage, not clean and hygiene 4. Just 2 Washing machines for 150+ people, that also don’t work 5. Room and bed size too small 6. People lose their laptops as cameras doesn’t work 7. They won’t refund security deposit to anyone 8. Different rent for same room, they charge 8k-10k for double sharing 9. They won’t listen your issues and ask to inform owner for trivial things like tap, electric socket not working 10. They only accept rent in cash and don’t give gst number printed receipts. You won’t be able to claim paid rent for HRA deductions Think before you consider it as option as you may find other good pg options in this densed pg vicinity

I had a very bad experience with this PG. u have chosen single sharing and they have promised for a separate refrigerator before paying but not provided after so many reminders. Secondly, After staying 1-2 nights, I have discovered that their mattress has bed bugs and they were in huge numbers. It’s horrible to spend a night, I have bites mark all over my hands and legs. After informing them, they have told me that they will change the mattress but did nothing. They came up with a flamethrower gun and applied over the mattress. After some days same problem occurred. I have left the PG and they also forfeit my security deposit. Only 1 positive point, that the food was good.

Guys please don't join, I'll share my personal experience 1. Food is below average, really really bad. 2. Room sizes are very small as compared to rent 3. Increases rent very 2 months, never takes online mode of payment only cash 4. No rent agreement 5. TV provided doesn't work. 6. Washing machine doesn't work properly, just one machine on terrace for 6 floors. 7. Any room maintenance will take around 10 days 8. Wifi is slow. Worst PG so far 👎

Worst property management Bed bugs are there in room, asked for replacement of mattress - manager Completely Denied to even have a look at the room No proper cleaning Asked for a chair in twin sharing room again same response. Washing machines are just showpiece. It’s really hard to even spend 1 day.

I had stayed in pg around 6 months and I am sharing my experience here: This is one of the worst PG in Bellandur. The management is consistent of greedy and irresponsible people. 1. The management will say that they will return deposit amount, but while vacating they will not return. 2. There is no rent agreement. So, it is problematic for people working in IT sector. So, they can't claim HRA. Also, they will face trouble if they want to provide temporary address proof for any legal work. 3. The management is completely involved in corruption by accumulating lot of black money. They won't accept payment by cheque or UPI. Since, it is visible to government. So, they will ask people to pay money in cash. 4. Receipt provided after payment is of no use. Since, there is no GST number mentioned. It is fake recipient. 5. TV provided in room are not working. People has to pay extra for TV recharge. 6. Washing machine's are not working. At Max 1 machine for entire building. 7. Management takes lot of time to fix simple issues. 8. Frequently power cut in PG will cause disturbance while working from PG. 9. Food is really of bad quality. Normally people health degraded after joining PG. 10. C

This pg looks good from outside. The food quality is okay. But the roti they provide is horrible, it actually smells...every morning you'd face water problem in the weekdays and hot water is a big question! and the 3sharing rooms are very small (charging you 7500/month)...it's not worth it....

Be careful, before coming to this PG. They will ask advance of 12k and while leaving they will make some excuses and will not refund your money. And also, if you have office at early morning, you will never get hot water, so always you have to take bath from cold water. Don't fall into promises they make when you join it. And there is a guy name Bhanu/Bhagwan who is the rudest guy. (Naam bhagwan hai or kaam rakshak wale hai). Also, They keep changing the names of the PG, because of bad reviews. Now the PG name is Elev8 Co-Living. Think again before joining this PG.

I have staying in Bengaluru fron since my graduation I had in many PG s in Bangalore in different locations around 5 to 6 pgs these is the worst one which I had stayed for 3months no proper wifi , dirty washing machines , unhygienic food, making food with rotten vegetables, Poor maintenance , While joining they will say that will provide 24hrs hot water but in reality we won't get hot water at any time in day if you ask they will say some unwanted reasons , and the rooms are full of insects every time regular power cuts im proper drinking water no proper toilet cleaning sometimes they will turn of lift wantedlly no safety for our belongings because they will give master keys to all which will open any room we want the owner very rude behaviour person fully money minded guy he won't even respect the Guests. I had a worst experience with these guys if question any things like no hot water, no wifi , no power they won't give answer if we argue they will tell to leave pg even at night 11pm he is the stupid and worst owner fully rude guy he have blamed so many guests even for some people they didn't got their advance amount refunded. THINK 🤔 TWICE BEFORE JOINING THESE PG AND DON'T WAS

Total rip off. For small room, for 3 bed sharing, they will charge you ₹7,500. They will take 1 month pay as advance and they won't inform you that you have to give notice one month prior. Otherwise they won't give your advance back. And how much ever you stay, they will deduct 2k for painting. Food is average and internet connection is pathetic. It won't work most of the time. For entire building, they have only 3 washing machines and it's taking 2 hours to wash single person clothes. Staff behaves very rude if you ask any questions.

I came here to stay in Oct 21 after the Covid situation got a bit normal. You have to ask them 10 times if there is an issue to be fixed. The horrible part is the food, even animals wont eat that. Inspite of Paying rent at the beginning of every month without any delay, requested them to refund my deposit as I was planning to vacate the room, but they are unwilling to give. I was just a week late to inform them, since I was not expecting the situation will go bad. But after taking 14K they still behave as if they are paying you to stay. I paid 14K for single sharing while they provide discounts to other people 12K to my neighbor which was quiet annoying. Now If I want to get back the deposit, I will have to pay another 14K, thats how the cycle works. Also, the wifi never works, if you ask them to fix it they will laugh and ignore. Please choose wisely, Bangalore is full of fraudsters. Dont go by the fake reviews here

The Pg management staff is really worst. They don't listen to any of your complaints. Even during covid-19 situation when nobody was in pg, they were demanding to pay full PG rent whereas many of the PG have reduced the rent amount to 50%.Whether you stay in pg or not you need to pay full rent just. And when you vacate from pg they will charge you 2000 for maintenance. Trust me their maintenance is the worst in world, you could find lot of cockroaches and bed bugs in your room, you won't get hot water, washing machine won't work properly and food is also very average.

This PG is a waste of money. Occasionally you can find cockroaches in your food. A lot of cockroaches are there in the rooms as well and they climb on your bed and the management doesn't do anything for it. Moreover, the management is fraud and will not return you the deposit you have paid. Please make a wise choice and don't stay at this PG. Rest of the problems are mentioned in other comments so I will not write those problems again.

The PG maintenance is bad. Internet never works. Dinner is not at all good with very limited items. Owners are completely money minded. Induction stove gone bad and they are not ready to replace it. If anything simple asked also, they dont do. Requested to add spoons in roti/idli bowls which is also extra money for them. They don't accept even a day of delay in money payment but they take weeks to months if any work has to be done from them.
