Cleaning Issue - No cleaning staff available, Food - Unsifficient food problem & Food quality not good. Drinking Water – Often unavailable, poorly maintained filters. Food Quality – Stale, unhygienic, and lacked variety. Security –Main door issue, No proper working CCTV, outsiders could enter easily. Many theft cases of laptops and phone. Would not recommend this PG. Food not kept in a good place. . . Stanza team supplied 6 month expired ketchup not listening to our complete. . .

I’m extremely disappointed with the management at Stanza Living Varda House. Despite vacating the property responsibly and following all exit procedures, they have still not returned our security deposit, even after repeated follow-ups. The communication from the management has been poor, with vague responses and no clear timeline for resolution. It's frustrating and unprofessional, especially when we were assured that the deposit would be refunded within a specific period. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re prepared to face issues when it’s time to leave. The experience has been stressful and reflects badly on the overall integrity of Stanza Living’s operations.Put one star itself is such a joke.

No house keeping also. if you want good name, ratings first manage that building properly definitely we will support. Every single guy has so many complaints in varda building...

Avoid Stanza living The food is tasteless and not served at proper times. The maintenance is terrible – rooms aren’t cleaned well, and repairs take forever. The team is also very unresponsive; they don’t bother to fix issues or listen to concerns. Definitely not a place I would recommend!

What I really appreciate is that the transition into Stanza Living was made simple by clear guidelines and constant support from the team. I appreciated how digital onboarding reduced waiting times and kept everything paperless. The food menu rotates frequently, so meal choices never get monotonous; nutrition is clearly a focus. Housekeeping and maintenance staff ensure everything is always neat and in working order. Payments via the app are conveniently tracked and managed, so there’s no confusion over dues. The RC is efficient in solving issues, always available and proactive. Security features, including CCTV and guards, make me feel secure. All in all, amenities, management, and community vibe have made my experience extremely positive.
