“Do not ever book a stay with Colive. My friend booked a 1-month stay with Colive after their employee clearly promised it was allowed and that the ₹19,000 deposit would be refunded afterward. We have chat screenshots proving this. Once he vacated, Colive suddenly claimed “we don’t offer 1-month stays” and refused to return the deposit. They told him to raise a ticket, which they have completely ignored. Now, they won’t even answer calls. This is deliberate misinformation to take people’s money. It’s unacceptable for a brand to trap customers with false promises and then go silent. Such behavior is nothing short of fraud, especially targeting young people who are new to the city and trust known brands. Colive – return the deposit immediately. Higher authorities must act before more customers are cheated like this.”

“Beware of fake paid postiive reviews. Please read carefully. Never join this . I paid before joining 21000. The rooms phtotos shown in the google page is fake . There is no balcony rooms availble and all rooms are congested. Totally fraudulnet PG. The place is also not safe and isolated, risk to commute as it's a local area. Each and every service person is trained to cheat customers. Their app itself is tailored for cheating customers. The service person will show fake photos initially and then on arrival give you a congested room. When mentioned it the manager told no rooms with balcony availble. The place is near a construction spot with lot of noise. Net speed is dragging slow. Food you cant even eat for a day. For extreme cases you cn addjust. Through colive app only you can connect with service and they give you a diplomatic reply. There is no other way to connect with service. Food and water is problematic and I fall sick and had to leave back to native due to fever and food poisoning after just a few days. I tried to leave and opted in their app. Either the app is buggy or now I feel they intentionally disabled the option. The colive manager told it's fine to vacate and h”

They will only respond to you when they have to collect rents, no customer service ignoring the blunders they made in booking and not responding to calls or text. Not even a single thing promised at the time of booking is fulfilled, they alloted different room with broken flush, shower etc. Disappointing experience.

He asked 2000/- deposit and mentioned that we can live as trial before remaining amount 10000/- deposit. However after payment he stopped taking our calls and even after reaching at property staff did not allow entry without deposit. If this is lie at beginning not sure what Will happen after that. Please refund our amount as this fall under CHEATING

prateek mehta★★★★★They are complete fraudsters. After paying a hefty initial deposit and rent of 35k, I was only able to stay for a mere 10 days. Despite vacating the premises last month, Colive continues to harass me for November's rent, amounting to an additional 20k rupees. This is completely unacceptable and unethical behavior. I strongly advise anyone considering Colive to think twice. Have a look at image on their 3.2k additional charges which is a complete loot. Stay away from sales person named Vijitha.

Aastha★★★★★Wi-Fi doesn’t work Food is terrible, worst quality and bad taste So many hidden charges and you’ll be forced to pay those charges Lift doesn’t work Electricity goes atleast 2-3 times a day You’ll have to raise ticket every time and it will not get resolved Once the customer service guy will convince you to rent the room and by chance you rent in this property, they will stop taking your calls in case of any concerns. Even the RO water seems impure n will make you fall sick When you’ll leave the property, they will deduct 10-15k for no reason and at the time of joining they say only 3k will be deducted. Also, there are a lot many charges that they will calculate and will force you to pay. The road is not developed near the property location so you’ll have to suffer A lot of dust while you walk to the property. There are lot many issues that will occur during your stay so think 1000 times while choosing this.
