Such a worst hotel I have ever stayed I will tell you one by one. 1 - at the reception, not a qualified staff. 2 - when we enter the room, full of wet floor. And chairs are dusty, old bed sheets and blankets and pillows there are holes of bed sheets with cigarette punch holes. 3- bath room can’t lock it’s stuck . When we on the shower in few minutes water will block. No proper clean inside. They are kept very old buckets and mugs . Am wonder why such things in a ac room !!! 3- after we occupied, in 30 minutes, water has been stopped am half of shower 😂 We informed them many times they says 2 minutes 5 minutes 10 minutes I got the shower after half n hour. 4 - for food we ordered through the reception guy and I paid for 2 biryani’s 700 rs after he bring the food no bills and I didn’t see that guy anymore 5 - I asked for extra blanket they tried to give me old which is someone used ( I have seen they fold it on the floor and try to give me .. am wonder how make my trip is approve this hotel in their listing Am stayed in room # 102 Date on 13/11/24

Don't board if you're with a family, not good for ladies , let me share my experience in short as I can 1.Rooms are very conjested and no air can pass which are at backside 2.they won't provide any amenities like shampu , small make up kit . 3. Rooms are very dirt and cleaning was not done while giving to us and bedsheets I don't know what frequency they change 4.dustbin are filled with garbages of previous boarder and not dumbed or not even covered with polythene bags 5.Room servers were frequently knocking the door without reason it's quite irritating moment 6 .Room readiness are not ensured before giving it for service ( I.e. TV setup connection broken , sink water connection breakdown, not cleaned properly) 7.washroom is like a hell ,no air passing through out , completely blocked and no sanitary , toilets are not cleaned up , I am not sure about they using some penoil or cleaners 8.overall it's OK for any bachelor who want affordable board , I felt it's not comfortable lodge for family 9. I request Rest inn authority to take my comments positive and maintain it so that customer will gets satisfied and try to get more book again and again here

Here Rooms are very small,Wash room you can see only uncomfortable to use, not Located in good area, No Food😣,No Hotels Near to have food😂. Not suitable for family staying with kids. This price is not at all matching to this hotel & the service. There are other good hotel's you can get instead of get prison here. One +ve thing The service boy is very kind humble to serve the customers.

Bad experience. No good service. They are not providing booked rooms, once we came here in hotel simply they vl says as , sir all rooms are full , if u want vl give another one. Bathroom very bad. Not maintaining. Luxury only at reception, not in rooms. Wasting money. No satisfaction.

Never get in there. The place doesn't have a neat bathroom, doesn't offer complimentary water bottles, and stinks. You better opt for a dormitory than a room if you have to only freshen up. Makes no difference.

They happily accept the booking but forget to give Hot water. They claim only A/c rooms have hot water available. Pathetic. Improve or perish. U can't overcharge and also be pathetic in terms of service. Wish there was a zero star !!

They refused to provide us rooms as they were doubting on my friends. Also the staff behaviour was rude and not supportive when we lost the bus and was left with no transport option (in a extreme bad situation). Also the hotel location is not good. Please avoid this hotel..

Not clean. AC also not on everytime. Bathrooms are the worstest ever,in 1 bathrom water also not coming,for total of 14 beds only 2 bathrooms are there. I hated this dormitory. Worst feeeling ever in this.

Reached early morning 5 AM, i tried to wake them up for 15 minutes. Waited for towels and soap for more than one hour. AC not working in the room but they charged for AC room. No landline facility to call room services or reception etc..,
