This is the worst company ever. Worst staff behaviour, worst customer care. They are not going to allow you many basic stuffs like gas etc. However, internally people use and they don't say anything to them. But to newcomers they tell them thousands of rule and at the time of rule following they will flee. They said boys are not allowed in the girls PG but in my PG, boy came lived for three days and the manager did nothing. He said us ki he will be there only for a day but the boy lived for 3 days and we lived locked in our room. When it comes to breaking rules, they do it but we can't. And no support from the staff or customer care. Infact very dishonest behaviour. We were not told ki there's 30 day notice period, there's this charge that charge, everything was said when we were telling them ki we will be leaving in 2 weeks. And then they were absolutely sitting numb and doing nothing. No help and telling us you should read the "terms and conditions" in agreement papers. What is the role of building manager who walked us through the app to pay rent but didn't show us the way to exit!! And then he says ki I told, so dishonest. Totally frustrated.

I had a terrible experience at Zolo Splendour, marked by repeated harassment and negligence from management. They always show pristine sample rooms during tours but assign the worst ones—mine had poor ventilation, cramped space, and subpar basic facilities like faulty plumbing and dim lighting. Worse, the property manager completely ignored co-living conflicts and flatmate behavioral issues. Instead of resolving them, they dismissively told me to "give notice and leave next month." No empathy, no action—just evasion. They don't even follow their own contract terms, which promise amenities and support that are nowhere to be found in reality. The website hype is totally misleading. Zolo, especially Splendour, is not worth it. Stay away and choose a reliable PG alternative.

Flat is spacious but there are too much issues in management, lift stops working in between, sometimes wifi stops working, sometimes TV won't work and also they named internet connectivity as wifi and then state that it's something 120gb per month limited data and that too only 15mbps of speed Too much money and too poor management PS: one shouldn't live here for more than 2 months , try to search for other property within that 2 month, could easily get much much cheaper one than this so called expensive co-living

I suggest this property because it is well-maintained and located near ISKCON Temple Mahalakshmi Layout and Mahalakshmi metro station. The Zolo manager, Mr. Ajay, is also very helpful and responsive.
