The wall wall skirting came off just with touch of leg for which they charge you saying damaged to property. Please do your own diligence when checking in else you might be dumped for damage charges

Nitin and his associates behave unprofessionally, and behave like gunda, A big NO for women travellers, Not at all friendly place, Please dont go inside the property, they will lock the gates and will make you pay all the amount even if you dont like their hospitality. They were in hostile mood and were not having any decency to talk to properly to woman and kid, Dont fall in their trap of low cost, especially if you are from different state. Nitin was intoxicated. His eyes were total red. And you will seriously not get hospitality vibe in the property. Room smells, Police are also not helpful. And seriously dont book any property from Agoda. This company dont have proper Customer care and is not at all user friendly.

Pathetic place to say the least. The google reviews are misleading. Go there if you want to spoil your trip. Here are the negatives of the place:- a) The location is not so great that you will have the feeling of being in coffee estate. It is on the highway close to city. The feeling is more of staying in a place on the highway and not in a coffee plantation. b) The attitude of the homestay owner (Nitin) and his family are very rude. The fellow appeared to be drunk and got into argument with me and family as soon as we checked in. On requesting spice level to be kept low in food, he flared up and said he cannot do all that and took it to the extent of asking us to check out. His mother and brother somehow pacified him. He explained that standard food is prepared for all and we have to eat whatever is provided. Later we came to know that most of the food is not being prepared by them and they get it from outside roadside eatery. After having one meal, we stopped eating there and were ordering from Zomato. Thank god Zomato was servicing that place. Since we visited in peak season and it would be impossible to find alternative place, we had to apologize in fact although he abused my d

To be Frank experience was pathetic. It's not at all pet friendly. Please don't take your pets their. They will check your room before checkout itself and will charge extra for one or the other reason. Staffs are very abusive, behaviour was also pathetic and don't know how to behave even with girl or woman. Won't be suggesting anyone to visit this homestay. Pathetic experience

Review 2 1. We stayed in a mixed dormitory room which has only one door and two windows(didn't measure the size) and not in the first floor of your residence as you mentioned. So, it's not my family who demanded you to reduce the price. It is completely unacceptable to blame my family about complaining. 2. So, as my family was staying in a dormitory, it had two windows which were struck and were not opening. As i mentioned in my previous review there is an opening under the door from which reptiles can enter even though if there was no light(By the time we returned at night there was already a lizard in our room). 3. Just like you, we also love our home, so you have no rights to comment about our place. You might think why am I writing a review about your place? I am writing cause i did not start a home stay and you did, which means you have to take both positive as well as negative reviews about you, your place and your hospitality and that doesn't mean that you reply rudely, rather you should try not to repeat your mistakes and reflect. They are denying the booking Through Make my trip for 25th Dec to 27 Dec, 2020 just before the date of check in. Just want to refund the amount without charges is not the solution. I booked @3400 per day cost, but due to heavy demand it may sold to someone else. I am travelling with my family and luckily just called one day before check in. Make my trip customer care informed that they have given the booking details to Owner but the owner not to provide since he sold to someone else.

To summarize, "Not a safe place for women"||||Bad experience: ||1. They will tell you it's pet friendly but they are not. ||2. They will act friendly but they are not. ||3. Shortage of staff, need to follow up for facilities. The main door of room has gap enough for snakes to get in. The phones were switched off to check about power supply and hot water. There are good restaurants near by but host misguided us. A big NO.

The worst hotel/homestay experience of my life. The service is pathetic and delayed. When I complained, the owner locked the gate, threatened and physically attacked us.
