I lived here from February 2021 till June 4th 2022.. The cause of leaving the place was the PG owner asked students to leave because they wanted to convert place into working women PG.. I was very happy living here till the time they started mentally harassing us to leave the place... They didn't even had proper reason to make us leave the place and whenever we went to talk to them they didn't even had a courtesy to hear our side of the story. In between University exams, assignment submissions these people mentally harassed us. I would like to say especially uncle he won't even lend his ears to what you want to say he just want to make his point clear that's it. The amount of torture they gave us mentally from April 10th till June 4th is unimaginable. They even did a cheap show by putting a notice on our door. In the notice we were 4 individuals who were asked to leave the place and today only 2 of us that is me and my friend are the one who left rest of them are residing there peacefully. Harassment they put us into is unimaginable.But today I am living in a place that is way more calmer, safer, peaceful and I am having no regret to leave that place.

accommodation is nice with proper facilities but coming to the money part owner is not clear at first about what are the charges we have to pay additionally More over if you are planning to leave the place before 6 months they won't give back the deposit money. If you started staying there in mid of the month also owner will take the entire month rent or she will deduct it from advance. Electricity is external than rent and advance .Everyday cleaning facility. Owner is also very helpful in every situation except monetary part.

It's been 4 months I'm staying here till now everything is wonderful say it as facilities, maintenance, security and etc. Owners are friendly with us. Whatever the problem is owners are considering it and solving. I'm having a happy stay here with good facilities.

I have been staying in Excel PG for a year. This is a home away from home. A fully furnished PG with all amenities like fridge, washing machine in every flat & a television in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with mixie, oven, toaster, cookers, vessels, storage jars etc. It's ideal for people who prefer self cooking. The housekeeping services are excellent. The owner ensures that deep cleaning is done regularly. Any repairs or concerns are immediately addressed. Thanks to Prema mam, the owner for giving us a home environment. She is friendly & ensures that the PG is a safe & clean space. The rent is reasonable for working women.
