“Worst. Worst. Worst. This PG is not as shown in the pictures. The actual condition of the property and facilities does not match the expectations created during the admission process. There is no food facility, no proper parking arrangement, and the washing and maintenance services are not up to the mark. Considering the amount charged, the services provided do not justify the cost. The biggest disappointment was the management. Many residents come to Bangalore to work, study, and earn a living to support their families. Instead of understanding the challenges faced by residents, the management often appeared more focused on enforcing rules than resolving genuine concerns. A little empathy and respectful communication can go a long way, but that was missing in my experience. What was particularly upsetting was the way deposit-related concerns were handled. If you ask questions regarding your deposit or seek clarification, the response can feel dismissive and, at times, humiliating. Instead of addressing concerns transparently, residents may feel pressured or disrespected during the process. Please make sure you obtain a written agreement regarding the deposit before joining. The facilities, rooms, and overall environment are quite different from what is advertised online, which can be misleading for prospective residents. My son stayed here and had a very disappointing experience. People come to a PG with their own responsibilities, work pressures, and personal challenges, expecting a comfortable and respectful place to stay. Unfortunately, the management showed very little concern for residents and often communicated in a rude and disrespectful manner. There are several basic facilities that are either inadequate or unavailable. There is no proper parking facility, which creates inconvenience for residents with vehicles. Washing and housekeeping services are not maintained properly, and the overall upkeep falls below expectations. There is no food facility. What was most disappointing was the way residents are treated. In the name of deposit-related issues, people are humiliated instead of being treated with dignity and respect. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, the management often behaves arrogantly and makes residents feel uncomfortable. A PG should provide a safe, clean, and welcoming envir
