I stayed for 3 months I was tired of eating same sambar every day ram bhai makes those same sambar when I joined pg I faced lot of controversies but still remained in that pg for three months only one washing machine works and that too doesn't clean properly it gets even worse after washing. There was some internal issues between owner and the person who used to look after the pg(suresh) and that lady took my earpods and charger by opening the door using master key(which she returned later).It was literally a shame even after paying money they touched my private things without my permission shame on them. Don't get fooled by reviews. My best suggestion would be visit pg during lunch or dinner time then u will get to know

Infrastructure is good but management is worst, in a small room they will force you to share 3 members and will cost max. My sincere suggestions to the management and owner is treat the guest as guest not as coustomer, not a great hospitality here and by the time of joining they will tell some rules and while leaving they will tell some other rules. Please share your Form first people can read it carefully before they can stay simply don't blame the guests and their nature. You have worst hospitality accept it.

Very worst maintenance, they will not return your advance money back. My friend vacated 2 weeks before for him after detecting maintenance charges thay have to return 1700rs still they didn't returned, for me they detected 1500 for maintenance and 400 for electricity after detecting too much of money remaining 100 they have to give that also they didn't returned. Lot of cockroaches are there some times will be in food also. Before going to give money please ask the guest about this PG personally. I suffered a lot in this PG this is my kind advice

It is a terrible place to stay because the food makes me feel like vomiting and it's less than half cooked most of the time and the dining room is very dirty and no one cleans it so there are a lots of big cockroaches the room are also terrible because they are so small and very hot it felt like I was in a microwave and nearly all the boys love smoking right out side the rooms so aways got the terrible smoke smell please don't stay in this PG I wish there were negative reviews I would give this PG A - 5 STAR REVIEW

I was a resident of this PG for one year, few points I want to highlight: 🔺1. The punctuality and security inside the premises provides a sense of comfort and safety, as per April 2026 the renovation looks promising. 2. The cook and staffs are professional and friendly. Quality of food in general is good. 3. The owners do response to your discomforts (maybe late but they do) 🔻1. The three sharing rooms are very congested, you have to do struggle to let your space organized by your own stuff. The rooms are basically for two person sharing. 2. The security deposit refund policy is extremely complicated, specially the strict one month notice (according to your payment date). Like even if its a one day late notice, it will be charged from the deposit. Like, how someone can put a vacant notice calculating exactly their rent paying day? Even when they are charging a good amount for maintenance too. Even while staying I have never been informed that my maintenance charges will hike as I have completed my one year stay! So basically after paying a whole month rent you have to pay handful amount of penalty from your deposit only because your notice is not matching with their vacant polic
