Really terrible experience. Booked the hotel room via Goibibo but unfortunately due to medical reasons I had to cancel the booking. Called the hotel a day before checkin date around 6:30 PM and spoke to Deepshikha. I informed her about the situation and asked her about the possibility of refund. She informed that no body is available at reservation desk and advised that refund is possible on medical reason and told me to contact Goibibo team who can help me with the cancellation and refund process. Called Goibibo customer care who promptly called hotel and was informed that refund will be done. Hotel just requested an email from Goibibo to process the refund. Goibibo customer care sent an email instantly on the registered email if of the hotel. Next day since morning Goibibo team tried calling hotel but no response. When I contacted hotel and spoke to Ms Bunty she totally denied getting any email from Goibibo and refused any refund. Then I took Goibibo customer care in conference and it was identified that the email id that the hotel had registered with Goibibo was wrong. Ms Bunty then transferred the call to Ms Karunakar in the hotel who was completely rude from the very outset. E

I have a very bad experience while staying this hotel. Staff opened the room with their master key in our absence. When we asked them , they said its their policy to to do room cleaning and if no response come after 3 knocks on the door, they can open it. Manger of the hotel was totally nuisance and talking very unprofessionaly. He mocked us for our concerns. I would never reccomend this place to anyone . I would request authorities to remove this manager as he is literally a nightmare to deal with. NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Stayed at the elite for 2days. Regretted. Pathetic room service. Misled by the clause "Raddision Group".Room walls cracked, poor house keeping. DTH not recharged. Wifi not working. Hotel surrounding within the compound kept dirty. Parking management is pathetic. Only 10 cars can be parked. Entry & exit same gate - safety issur. Other side of building permently closed. Breakfast buffet is the worst, all items re-heated. & Tastless. Overall worst experience. Will the Raddision group inspect this and take corrective steps ? Try at your risk.$$$

One of the worst 5* hotel i have visited in my life. Even in the receptionist will say dinner buffet is 799 after you ate the food they will charge 1500 per person. Unlike picture they have posted you won't get even air dryer🤣🤣 totally I just wasted 15k for this shitty so called 5* hotel

I have been charged twice for same booking. Fraudulent hotel. Don't come here. Cheaters. What 5 star, my foot. The basement looks like a under construction site. No place for parking. My welcome experience and entire mood is spoiled by the least empathetic receptionist. I am staying here for 2 days, what if payment got declined , can't they wait for next time payment on check out. They insisted me to pay again and both times the payment went through in card. When I asked to check with their bank or manager, he told there is no one they can reach out to. Very horrible experience. I will never come again.

This place is pathetic!! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS HOTEL. I am posting this review while I am here. I am here for two nights, booked an executive suite (501), and we are regretting it!!They do not understand hospitality; if you ask for anything or complain, they laugh and giggle at the guest.The issues we have faced - The hotel has two televisions in the executive suite, but the management doesn't want to recharge the setup box even after multiple requests.- The housekeeping staff is impolite and does not understand bare minimum requirements. Takes forever to give water towels, etc.- When we went to the pool, we were under the assumption (based on all the good experiences we have had in the past) that there would be towels in the changing room, but guess what?? There were no towels, and when I asked for them, I was advised to go to the room and get them. My toddler was freezing, and we had to keep them in the pool until I could get the towels.- When we went to the restaurant, there were sofa tables reserved for no reason. I requested that I need a sofa table because that's where the AC was functional... For the dinner, after some conversations, we were given t

I wanted to put this up that the staff at The Elite Narasapura is very unprofessional and rude. It's my parents 50th anniversary and I wanted to book this property but the Manager who takes care of it named Ganesh is very arrogant and rude. We wanted to have a better proposal and waited for entire day and we didn't receive. His way of talking was very bad. We have stayed in various properties of Raddision and we had a real good experience across India. But here it is pathetic. They are not interested to take our requirements and bookings. Nevertheless there are better players in the market who are very courteous and ready to come up with good deals like Vivaanta Taj and Ramada.

Garbage hotel with waste management all are jokers in this property even the higher level staffs don't have a respect to speak with a guest I'm going to report all this to the higher officials of Radisson Please avoid booking rooms at this hotel. The experience was extremely disappointing there were bed bugs and cockroaches in the room, and the overall condition felt more like a roadside motel than a proper hotel. When I called the management to request a room change, they told me, "All our rooms are the same," showing a complete lack of concern or professionalism. The property is shabby and poorly maintained, and it’s definitely not up to any acceptable standards. Despite claiming to be a 5-star hotel, it felt more like a 2-star at best. Also, be aware this is not the original Radisson Hotel, but rather a misleading copy. Fellow travelers, please be cautious and consider staying elsewhere. While passing by, I noticed several decent hotels nearby that looked much more reliable. This place should seriously consider shutting down or undergoing a complete overhaul.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – WORST SERVICE EVER! I stayed at this hotel on 13th and 14th March 2025 in Room 309, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I’ve never experienced such incompetence and lack of professionalism at any hotel before. PATHETIC STAFF RESPONSE AND SERVICE: The staff’s response was beyond unacceptable. The WiFi never worked despite making over 20 calls to reception. They kept sending different teams, but none of them could fix it. The staff was rude, clueless, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. DISGRACEFUL ROOM SERVICE: I ordered a simple sandwich, and it took over 1 hour to deliver — even after reminding them 15 times! How difficult is it to make and deliver a sandwich? The level of negligence and disinterest from the staff was shocking. INCOMPETENT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: The check-in and check-out processes were a complete disaster — slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. The staff clearly had no idea what they were doing, and it felt like they were intentionally wasting my time. We booked this hotel for a mini staycation, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment. **The only positive** was the spacious and comfortable room — beyond that, everything else was a letdown. * The first room provided had a very unpleasant smell in the washroom, along with visible stains in the commode and strands of hair, which was extremely unhygienic. After raising a complaint, we were moved to a different room. While the washroom in the second room did not have any odor, the commode still had noticeable stains, which suggests a lack of thorough cleaning. This was quite disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. * It was raining during our stay, and shockingly, **rainwater was pouring inside both the lifts**. One of them even lost power and went completely dark. * The next day, there was no electricity in the rooms and the lifts weren’t working for over 2 hours. One of the worst experience in Radisson hotel chain. It doesn't look like a 5 star, rooms are dirty, AC not working, Washroom is dirty, shower having thick layer of salt, dirty toilet seat. Zero maintenance hotel. The hotel is located near a village within zero availablity of good food nearby. Restaurant food is awful. Won't recommend at all. Most of the 5 star reviews are fake. Beware with this hotel. It's lower than a 3 star hotel. Lastly, Food is tasteless. Don't waste your money here Expect delay in everything as the hotel is having less number of inexperienced staff.

I had booked a Premium Executive Suite at elite Radisson, expecting a luxurious and comfortable stay, but it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite paying a premium price, the room had no window, no view, and no natural light, making it feel suffocating and depressing. This crucial detail was not disclosed at the time of booking, and had I known, I would have never chosen this room. A premium suite should at least offer a basic level of comfort, but instead, I was stuck in what felt like a closed box. It completely ruined my stay. To make things worse, the service was unresponsive and indifferent. When I raised my concerns, there was no proper resolution or effort to accommodate my request for a better room. A hotel of Radisson’s reputation should prioritize guest satisfaction, but sadly, that was not the case here. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you are expecting a premium experience. Overpriced, misleading, and extremely disappointing!

I should say it was our bad luck. Bcoz, During our stay there was a wedding event in this venue and the staff had no clue how to manage the crowd and give privacy to in-house guest. Secondly, the wedding guests jumped into the pool without any swimming costume and dirtied the entire pool. During our stay of 4 days, we waited waited only to get dissapointed to see a dirty pool throughout. Even after complaining to the reception officials, they did not take any action and ignored my request. You should visit this place only if you have no other choices in and around. Breakfast spread was the only positive thing here. Rest seemed very average. Car parking slot is tuff to find during a busy day.
