I would say it's a good hotel handled with worst kind of staff specially receptionist aka behave like owner. Atleast don't expect for a good hospitality. They don't know about online booking system and in case of conflict, they don't know how to resolve it with booking site, you have to call customer care and tell them to explain rules. They will start fighting with customer, they don't care whether you are with your family. I have a conflict with early check-in, I asked them for early check-in but I couldn't reach early, I reached on-time so they were asking for previous 1 day room charge because they hold the room for one day(what they were claiming). If I would have to pay for 2 days charges just because I asked for early check-in I would have booked for 2 day instead of 1 day and early check-in. After getting call from customer and failed attempt to get money from me, receptionist told me that next time customer will come to hotel even 10 minutes before check-in, he will not allot any room untill customer pay for it.

one of the wast and waste , they are making customers fool, they making money easy beacuse they fooling customer . i am requested to everyone tourist dont go this fraud vasanth vihar , anil is the cashier he is talking stupid thing and he rised all the item value . he making money . one of the fraud service here food i waste and dangers pls donot go here i am hamble request and drinks allso they making more then 80% of mrp prize , pls dont go and dont waste u r money and time

Not good. I checked in at morning 7.30am but as per lodge rule we should checkout at 11am. So we need to pay one day lodge rent for only 3.5 hours

Lot of attitude of receptionist guy and i don't recommend this hotel at all plz look into other options you will get lot of hotels nearby vasanth vihar also it's on the road side road due that lot of disturbance will be there can't sleep peacefully.
