Worst Maintenance – A Masterclass in Negligence If you’re looking for a PG that teaches patience, survival skills, and how to live without basic necessities, congratulations — you’ve found the right place. Maintenance is practically non-existent. There is no proper drinking water, hot water works only on rare occasions, and washing machines? They proudly provide 5 machines for 400+ people, out of which only 2 actually work — clearly for display during visits. Water filters deserve special appreciation. Each floor has one that works one week a month and then conveniently stops for the next four weeks. Consistency at its best. Food hygiene is unforgettable. The cook prepares food while brushing his teeth — maybe a secret ingredient? Hygiene clearly isn’t part of the menu. Sundays are “special” with chicken biryani, where the pieces are so unrecognizable that identifying them as chicken feels like a guessing game — every possible part seems to be included and served like a precious ornament. Complaints to management are a complete joke. They don’t listen, don’t respond, and don’t care. It genuinely feels like management and maintenance are competing to see who can perform worse. One p

PG is very good , but the manager is not good , his name is Niranjan. He won't give you the security deposit very easily even if you give notice before a month. So if it is your last month , please deduct security deposit amount then only the balance amount. It is worth 0 stars.

Don't go!!! Don't go!!! Don't go!!! Warning!!! Warning!!! Warning!!! The manager will not provide you the advance when you vacating your room, please be aware of his scam. His name is Niranjan (Very Slim Guys), for not giving the advance I saw people are beating him very badly after then also he is not providing deposited amount back. Make sure you first ask him in a written letter or receipt for advance if by any chance you plan to shift their. For me he didn't pay my advance after requesting for lots of time and also I told him before one month about vacating. God will take care of Him!!!!

Warning ⚠️ just don't fall in trap.. 1st of all food not good,2nd prices can increase anytime and most important there is a guy named NIRANJAN at reception who has no moral values and he just make a fool of you and won't return your deposit and will also fight with you. Not at all recommended.

Worst PG. Super the unhygienic, repetitive food dishes and worst staff. Due to some family exigency, I had to go from there within 4 days of paying rent and advance and they are so much inhuman that they didn't even return a single penny. Heartless owners. Would not recommend to anyone!

Good pf, good food but after getting famous in this area owners and management became very rude and they are not even giving refunds while vacating the pg while joing they will be very sweet but while leaving they are behavior was very rude and vulgar and management is forcing people to give 5 star rating and positive reviews
