Worst Pg in Prashant Extension. The new Pg manager Bashah is very rude and arrogant. He’s very disrespectful towards girls. He directly comes to girl’s room even though it’s not allowed. The food here is the worst they serve food with cockroaches and no proper hygiene is maintained here. I got several health related problems while living here.

Owner Basha didn't return my full deposit despite asking multiple times. I didn't cause any damages but still. He won't even bother picking up my calls nor replying to my messaging. If you can be punctual while taking rent why the drama when returning the deposit??

I had joined in the month of July and the same month mid itself the owner said he is discontinuing the PG because of less demand. Hence I had to look for another alternative and I decided to travel back to my home. Then the owner didn't pay me the advance back telling I didn't serve the notice period. Not even a valid reason!! What courtesy does this owner guy have??! He doesn't even pick my calls neither text me back. I rate this PG poorly. If you guys want your money back please don't opt this PG.

Location of PG is good, few rooms have balcony. Well maintained and clean rooms. Not all rooms are of same size. Food is also good compared to other PG in this area. A bit costly.
