It would have been good with 3 or 4 stars if I had written a review two days after I shifted to this PG... But after staying here for more than two months I will honestly say that this is a expansive pg with poor management. The food is stale and insufficient. Dining area lacks cleanliness.. very unhygienic, poor drainage system and the staff is extremely rude and illmannered.. especially they are very much aggressive and unsensitized towards women and trans persons. I would like to humbly request Isthara management that if they claim to be lgbtq+ friendly accommodation then please arrange some awareness and sensitization workshops and sessions for their staff too, There are many NGOs who conduct such sessions free of cost. I do not feel good while writing this but it is necessary to give an honest feedback instead of flattering and praising all things so that the management can improve.. I am writing here because they don't give ear to our complaints in their WhatsApp group, or even to the staff.. I am leaving this pg and shifting to anothor one.

I am not giving any review because there is worst food quality and insufficient food. This happens everyday. People got sick when have got food from here. I would suggest not to live here bcoz there is very high rent also. Everyday they serve potato only which is not cooked Properly and people got stomachache. Very very very poor. I also suffered vomiting after eating food here.

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience staying at BHA Coliving PG. When we first visited to look for a PG room for my husband, the lady managing the place was very polite, well-mannered, and convincing. She initially said the room rent was ₹22,000 but offered it to us for ₹20,000 with ₹10,000 as advance. She also mentioned that if I wanted to stay with my husband occasionally for a day or two, I could do so by paying ₹500 for meals. When I specifically asked whether there would be any extra charges if I later decided to join my husband permanently, she clearly said no, and also mentioned that we could shift to a 2-sharing room anytime. However, things changed later. When I moved in with my husband and we shifted to a 2-sharing room, the rent suddenly became ₹24,000 and she also asked for another advance payment for my share, which had never been informed earlier. When questioned, she simply gave vague explanations saying it is common everywhere and insisted that we pay it. Another major issue was the quality of food and maintenance. While showing the PG initially, she claimed they provide the best food and that workers regularly clean the rooms and surroundings. In th

Worst PG. Overpriced, that owner aunty is money minded. Poor food, facilities, and bad management. Daily cleaning doesn't happen, though they say it. Go to other PGs , they offer better facilities like TV,fridge, table chair in every room, also bigger room, 2 breakfast options, for same price of 13k for 2 sharing. Don't join this worst overpriced PG with bad food

Very pathetic! Dont even think of staying here The caretaker (aka aunty) she will never give your refund and she is very rude so please stay away from this ph and also the mess was so unhygienic i got typhoid and also the washing machine dance more than nora fatehi so please make a wise call and the rent is too high for 20 square feet room and washrooms are pathetic and the commode shakes it can fall anytime and break you bones . Please be careful
