Owner is just a fake person will promise to help but will give 100 reasons and not deliver anything. |Most filthy place and food is literally worst. The people preparing food were very unhygienic. |The bedsheets and pillows smell and having dust on it.|The toilet flush not working properly . No mirror, handwash in bathroom.|I think these people are faking their reviews on trip advisor. The basic things like cupboard, tea kettle was not present .|It was a super bad experience, we had to cancel our tour and go back as we went mad due to their unhygienic approach. 4days tour was cut short to 2 days and returned back. Interestingly we found one of our neighbours from the same society as ours did the same thing. We talked to few other couples and they were also having same feelings but accepted the situation saying india me aise hi hota hei :)|No hot water in the bathroom. The buckets in the bathrooms were filthy. There was a hot water arrangement outside the Hut (gas guyser) and common for 4 rooms! |We requested for bon fire and he rejected stating it's banned in Karnataka and illegal while playing a loud music till late night!

SCAM! These people are the biggest scammers we found. We booked their stay for 2 days via Agoda and called their hotel and confirmed too. Just before 1 days to our travel, this guy messages in Agoda to cancel our booking from our side. I contacted them asking reason for which they said they have issues with Agoda. If you had issues just take off your scam property away in online sites. He asked me to book via their site instead which is overpriced. Now we had to cancel this stay and haven't got our refund also. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH HOTEL GOWRI! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS! DON'T BOOK FROM ONLINE SITES.

Not given any complimentary water bottle, need to request and argue to get one. Bathrooms are not clean. Found snake while walking and the owner said people come here to watch snakes. Not recommended for a family stay.

The blanket given to us was too small and wasnt helpful in making me feel warmer..The workers were too arrogant and didnt even put waterbottles, soap and basic shampoo packet in the room.. there was a frog inside the flush tank and dogs kept barking continuously and the management didnt help with that.. very poor customer service and support for the price charged.

I spent two nights here, and my experience was disappointing. The room, bedsheets, and blanket were unclean, lacking basic hygiene. The food was tasteless, and I do not recommend this place, especially considering the cost of over 5k per night.Total waste of Money. Don’t go via pictures on internet in reality it does not deserve a single star. Moreover this hotel doesn’t deserve more than 1000 per night. My advice is just don’t be fool better look for other options . Hotel owner should be mindful about what services are provided for the money paid which is more the 5k instead taking the advantage of peak season.

Had a poor experience. The toilets were dirty, there was no toilet paper. Rooms didn't have running hot water. There was a common gas heater from which we had to fetch hot water mostly by ourselves, waiting in queue at times. Restaurant was ok but super slow service. No TV in the room. Host was very pleasant - the only saving grace. Not at all worth the money.

Hotel Rooms were not less than Railway Dormitories. Bed were stinking, Towels provided were stinking and with checks just like Free towels received in Marriage. Rooms worth of max 500 Rs were charged woth whooping price of 5000 giving reason of Christmas Holidays. To be Honest, this not Well Maintained or “Not at all Maintained stay”. Neither you could call it a Lodge neither resort.

It was a worst experience. We had booked for a Bunglow with garden view, but Mr. Harsha showed us some bamboo hut saying, that is the only rooms available at present. He said all other rooms were booked due to new year season. The bamboo hut was see through and we weren't comfortable staying there. So we asked him to change it and he offered a room with cracked walls. Without much choice we had to take that. It had insects in the bamboo and blankets were torn. It was such a horrible stay. We never experienced anything like this in all our stays so far.. Mr. Harsha didn't even provide us the food he promised to offer. It was so frustrating to even manage and stay for one night. The rooms were not at all worth the money we paid. Giving one star is also useless. Please do not be fooled by the photos put up on Google or booking.com they are misleading.. You will definitely regret choosing the place..

I have described my honest review below about this place and please be very careful before visiting/booking. In one word "Horrible Place" to stay, even a cowhouse is better compared to the rooms the owner Mr. so called Harsha who provided us with. We booked the place looking at the review in Google and in Booking.com. He initially messaged on Booking.com asking me to pay the full amount, which was for two days and on the website, it said pay after check in. I did even call him and enquired, he politely informed due to the peak season i.e., New Year time he needs some advance to confirm the booking. Then later he asked me to do G-Pay of 50% amount which I did the previous day. Now the nightmare was waiting for us, we went to the place around 7:30pm and there is a board placed outside so called Hotel where there is no light and anyone who visit at this time need to use their mobile torch or vehicle light to identify the board. So called the property owner Mr. Harsha was in the reception and provided some book to fill the guest details which usually very hotel does. Later he asked me to pay the remaining 50% balance and didn't show me the room. However, me and my family were too t

For dinner we went to this place but they don't have a proper lighting system they just use a small bulb for a huge place also, what I can say about food is the worst experience I got till the date they don't have proper cook at the hotel, we have ordered only veg food but they haven't provided us chapti till the last moment I have waited for 1 hour they just don't have proper management they should aligned more people for atleast good management

No AC at the restaurant or rooms. Isolated location away from other facilities, so you're stuck there. God help you if you have no vehicle. Inconsistent statements about when checkout is--at one time, they said '24 hours', but at another time they said 'morning'. If you don't book online, they want to charge Rs 3000--if you look at the place, you'll see it's worth about Rs 500/night, according to my Indian professional accountant advisor. Simply refuse to book for more than that.
