Worst pg ever, don't even try to go there surrounding is not clean, food is not good, their lift doesn't work, the washing machine only works once a while, they can't promise a basic amenities such as water too on top they first collect the security deposit then deduct for the damages that is not known and their exist charges too. The rent is expensive and the staff will not even listen what you say, such a worst pg in every way. Also the good rating in the review are by their employees only, no resident give them a good review it is that much degraded

Not even worth a single star! Never join this place. Initially, they provide good food, but over time, the quality worsens to the point where you’ll have to spend extra money eating outside. Most of the positive reviews you see here are from management (especially RC), so don’t fall for the trap—choose somewhere else. The high rent is not worth it, and you won’t get your full security deposit back. Even if there are no damages, they will deduct charges under false pretenses.(See Attachment)

During my 3 months of stay this was my experience. Even if they promise that room is available but you will not get the room on the date on onboarding.Even I had to call the local police for my accomodation to be done on time. There is issue with water availability wrt other pg's. When your contract is about to expire then they will increase your rent by approximately 60-70%. In my case it was raised to 100 % that is after 3 months only , I know it is hard to imagine as inflation is 7%. Worst stay . I highly don't recommend the stay there.

Worst pg no good food, no proper services, no proper management, they will all be available when it's time to pay for the rent and then won't even look at you, they won't give your referral amount stating some bullshit reason it's been 6 months and I still haven't received my amount yet!!! Worst pg would suggest you to go to any other pg except stanza

If you want to drain your money then only join any stanza living pg, packed cold food, worst water facilities, rude staff. Even if I freezed agreement during lockdown they still charged me 2000 more didn't refund my deposit didn't gave my last month advance rent, very High deposit + maintenance charges. They will do agreement with students for set of period whatever happens you have to stay there. if u want discontinue ur deposit and end month rent will be gone top of that you have to pay more because of breaking agreement.. they will put 3 people in 2 people staying room.

As far as the rooms goes , they are really good and cost is reasonable if it was 6000. But why I gave 2 stars is when it was lockdown we kept our luggage there itself and when we returned to take our luggage back , some of the valuable things in my friends luggage was stolen or disappeared. And those things are really important for us.
