Don't come here. Please change the name Manipal PG. All Manipal employees are staying here, and they have requested that their concerns be resolved only by the owner. We are paying ₹11,000 for two sharing rooms, and they don't even care about my concerns. Bed bugs All of the rooms' beds were ruined, and the owner did not even sanitize or maintain them. The cleaning crew on the Manipal side was particularly bad; they did not even clean our bathrooms. The owner promised to clean the toilet twice a week, but they did not clean it thoroughly. The beds and bathroom both smell strongly. I stayed here like hell.

Very disgusting, PG forever.🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 Cleaning and maintenance very very very bad, especially the cleaning team very worst they are not following the promises.😕money waste There are two sides to the building, one for normal people and the other for Manipal people. Too much partiality. I noticed last three months that the cleaning team that cleans the Manipal side does not listen to our concerns, and I have told their owner several times. They clean the toilet once a week, so we should also ask them. My money is wasted, as is everything else. Those guys are not good at cleaning the rooms and toilets. Lots of beds have bed bugs they not santitized.🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 Cleaning: -0/10. Raj Kumar, in particular, is treating the boy and their family very badly. The cleaning team should change the Manipal side building because it is disgusting. We pay a lot of money. Also, why do we have to ask every day? They should already know, right? At the very worst, I would not recommend anyone. I am going to file a complaint against this PG i filed legal notice and (CPGRAMS ) and confirm that they should face consequences.

Had a bad experience shower is not working for the past 3 months they are not repairing it Even if you keep informing on regular basis. And this PG has some partiality treatment for outcomers they only take good care of manipal hospital employees Each and every room has bed bugs and roches issue And wifi won't work half of the time Hope this review helpful to everyone!!

I had stayed here for about 7-8 months During my stage The rooms were always neat and clear and they were cleared on regular basis and even the washroom was cleared regularly They have a good power backup and hence no issues for power and all the amenities in the PG and brand new and hence no issues from them at all. The helper in the PG was very friendly and is ready to help when we need them, Most importantly the owner is very good and friendly and was very much helpful. Coming to the important point of the food yes the food is the best of all in this PG they taste very good and are excellent. They provide tiffen items in the breakfast along with some rice items to be packed for the office. Over all the best PG to stay in all aspects

Writing this after a month at AAdika. The food is the best part of this PG. Good variety, and tasty food. Location is at the centre of everything you need - groceries, salons, hotels, gyms. Everything is less than 5 mins walk. The rooms are cleaned daily. What more can a person ask !
