Stayed for just 3 days, We payed 6k as advance for me and my friend but because of office location shift we asked for atleast half the advance back. They didn't give anything. Food is ok but mostly sambar and rice only. Area also very bad, if possible don't go to any pg in this area. Full of trash and smell. Poor roads.

Value for money for a coliving pg, the food is also okay here and easy to locate. Parking for two wheelers is available. It is a little away from the main road so patrolling police don't come here.

Loved this pg. Initially I came to see stanza living tampico house. Then i found this gem when they are still fixing wifi etc. Amenities like 1)smart tv, 2)common fridge on each floor(1 got delivered recently) 3)Water purifier (hot, cold, normal)on every floor(available on 2 floors as of now) 4)2 washing machines as of now. 5)1 table, 1 chair ,2 door mats per room 6)spring mattress, bedsheet,pillow (cover given for every bed) 7)Room service 8)24 hour Hot water service. 9)lift facility(i know there is nothing special in that but i just mentioned) 10)5000 advance with only 1000 as maintenance charges and rest will be refunded during vacating the room. 11)2,4 wheeler parking space. 12)cupboard 13)Small gym will setup in future. Reasonable price. Food tasted good enough for me. Regular menu.1 egg once a week, any of 1 chicken item and paneer/mushroom once per week.
