Worst management and Maintanance. The moment we entered inside the room, we were welcomed by Cockroaches and then found cobweb in toilets and stains all over. We will have to call & remind them to keep water bottles everyday and they have so many reasons to justify as why they don’t serve breakfast, water bottles, replace soaps and shampoos. Parking: Their parking lot is very small and the security guard asks you to park outside all the time. As the preference is given to people who comes to booze and visit the lounge.

Very bad Service provider. Very rude behaviour from reception peoples. I Checked in Hotel at 10:30 mng when I was booked the room they didn't tell anything, night 10 Oclk they said u have to checkout room at 8 oclk mng. Usually all the hotel give 24 hr time. I don't know what kind of rules this is? We stayed with family with small kid without prior information how can we checkout? Very very bad experience. Don't stay in this hotel.

Dont travel with family. The receptionist keeps.reminding me and later my wife to keep keys safely or pay 1500 fine. During checking...everyone inter reception states at your family members especially ladies like they haven't seen customers in a long time.

We stayed for 1 day at VBIS INN ie on 27.07.2024.The receptionist are not cooperative at all,and the hot water was not coming we complained about it but in return we got the response saying they ll get hot water using coil..after paying 3k plus amount it is not worth taking such reposne ..it was really a bad experience choosing this hotel....and I suggest people think twice before taking your stay at this hotel..

We stayed for one day, but the room price is 3k plus for three people, so it is not worth it. The room also has a double bed, so there are people there, and there are hot water problems, but the response is poor.

I am writing this review at night 2AM with lot of frustration... No AC working....if I ask receptionist they say it is only that much cooling our AC will work... Very disappointed... Never ever thought of staying here.... Basil leaf is far better than this... I stayed there..

Staff behavior and hotel policy is worst I have ever seen. Everywhere guest should pay maximum the advance of the day charges, but at VBIS INN you have to pay advance as well the security deposit extra, in case something gets stolen. Over this staff behavior is also too rude.

There is nothing special from down and top floor..I don't know why they are charging so much amount for just 2floors..the way they are serving for top from down floor only..but they are charging 150-200rs extra for top floor visitors.. supply is good and extraordinary in ground floor only..it's wasting of money in vibis just for top floor..not satisfied from top floor menu..😐

No maintenance is carried out on equipment, the staff lied that AC was repaired. The filter showed that the ac unit wasn't even touched for years. When i asked the manager to talk to me, point blank refused to even address our issue. Staff is clueless. I would suggest looking at other options.
