“Very congested. My friend and I were given a room that was previously a kitchen. We stayed only for a week and did not get our money back except the fixed deposit. Food was disappointing. Im not the friend of rakshita or anyone else.I have got proofs of everything so u please stop spreading false information (edited)”

“We first came here looking for a room, and the owner directed us to another PG after asking if we were Malayalis, saying we could stay together in one room. She showed us a room that looked like a former kitchen, with a sink inside and no ceiling fan. Since we were in a hurry, we agreed after she promised to fix the fan within a week. However, when we arrived a week later, no fan had been installed—only a table fan, which she claimed was ‘high speed.’ My friend and I barely stayed for a week. We paid ₹5,000 each along with a ₹2,000 deposit each. When we asked for a refund, she refused and said there was a policy of no refund after payment, returning only the deposit. She was also rude over the phone. The sink in the room was not cleaned, the promised fan was never fixed, and the food was very poor. Overall, it was a complete waste of money.”

Rosita Rodrigues★★★★★I stayed here for a month by paying 7.5k for two sharing room which is very expensive for a not that well maintained pg 1.the water is not at all clean it's always reddish colour and if the tank is empty we need to wait for the owner to come and switch on the motor till then no water in the pg As of the rent concern all can checkout the screenshot of payment I have shared 2.there is no hot water service for bathing 3.the disposable bags for garbage will be not cleaned frequently it will be scattered in that area 4.they claim there's a washing machine and we can use it but the washing machine is in such a way that no one used it as we use washing machine to clean our clothes but here the washing machine itself is dirty so resulting in washing clothes by hand 5.coming to the food it is served in plastic containers which is not good for health as hot food makes plastic melt day by day And the food will be always less that atleast one person will sleep without food in this pg If you need dinner you need to have it as early at 6.30pm otherwise there will be no food left Most of the time many of them will not have the dinner So i suggest if you go to this pg have your dinner by 6.45pm �
