“I had booked two rooms at JESTA Hotel via booking.com for an overnight stay on 29th Dec 2024. The option provided.was to pay at the hotel. Two days before my arrival , I called up the hotel and was prepared to pay a deposit to confirm my reservation. However, I was told my room is confirmed and I can pay on arrival. I landed at the hotel about 6:00 pm on 29th Dec 24 and was told that they had given up the rooms in favour of other customers. The claim was JESTA had called me on my mobile and sent a mail earlier in the day. As there was no response from me (I was travelling/out of reach), JESTA decided to forego my booking in favour of a probably walk in customer. JESTA's action was highly irresponsible and the staff at the counter was not at all apologetic. A curt reply was all that I received. KEEP IT UP , JESTA. I will never encourage anyone to depend on their words about reservations.”

Sneha Jubin (Mikhail Jubin)★★★★★Online price was showing 1.2k but when we went to the hotel and showed booking id, he ended up demanding more. He said unless we pay 1.8k he won't let us stay. In the middle of the night we ended up having to look for another hotel to stay. Such horrible experience only happens in this hotel I suppose. Please don't ever stay here.

In Hassan near by so many hotel offer complementary brekfast in such rate ... If you coming from ksrtc it's walkable distance ... Else search for other opinion...

John Niruban★★★★★We had a two-night stay at Jesta. When we checked out, we noticed that we forgot our Bluetooth headset in the room. We called the staff right away and asked them to get it for us, but they flatly said that there was no headset there. We wanted them to show us the room on a video call, but they made us wait for three hours, saying they were busy. When they finally called us back, they showed us an empty room. It looked like either the whole staff was in on it and took our headset, or the person who cleaned the room stole it.

Manjunath B★★★★★Worst staff,.. damn useless staff. I visited at 12.30AM . Staff were sleeping and didn’t even respond properly. We saw In booking.com, rooms were available but staff said no rooms available. He didn’t even wake up properly, just asked us to leave as no rooms available.

George Tonsing★★★★★We were here for two nights. The rooms we got were small-ish, but we also paid less. They were clean when we checked in, staff were polite and largely invisible. The reason why I rates them down was in the night, on one of our rooms, there were a party of cockroaches. We managed to kill 4 big ones, not sure how many were there or how many escaped. My daughters who were sleeping in that room were traumatized and we had to switch rooms around midnight. There are no restaurants within the hotel but there are small eateries nearby, a veg one which sells kobi manchurian, noodles etc and another veg+non-veg stuff like biryani and kababs etc ( didn't get the time to go there) but had bought their kababs and they were not bad. The key point about this place is their proximity to anywhere we wanted to go within and outside of Hassan
