My best friend stayed here for a period of 6 months as I had recommended this place to her. The host is very friendly and flexible in terms of your requirements. The F&B was great - home cooked meals were very hygienic and tasty. The location is another + point, as we can reach the city centre in 15 mins max. Over all I would rate this place 10/10 and would highly recommend.

My sister stayed here when she was doing her undergrad at MCC and she had suchhhh a good time! the food was always fresh and homecooked. the owner's family is very homely as well. biggest plus is that it is walking distance from MCC and in a very safe locality.
