“My experience has been extremely disappointing. They seem focused only on overcharging. I’ve been billed excessive amounts for electricity and common amenities, even when I wasn’t using them. There were months where I was charged ₹500-600, and during a month I wasn’t even there, they billed me ₹620. Now that I’m leaving and have a roommate, they’ve charged me ₹719! On top of that, payment issues are constant. There’s always some problem with the payment apps or refunds, and I’ve had to repeatedly raise tickets. Most of the time, these issues never get resolved—they just offer empty excuses and close the case. Plus, if you leave Zolo before completing a year, they deduct ₹1900 from your deposit!”

“Not a good place to stay. Caretakers and housekeeping staffs are not good, they misbehave with people. Current housekeeping staffs are worst. If things get stolen Zolo don't take care of that. Housekeeping staffs steal things if you don't attend!! Have lots of Water issues. Washing machines are very dirty and broken!!”

Sayandip Datta★★★★★Pros: - Drinking water is available all of the time. - The cleaning crew is extremely good at their job. They will clean your room 3x a week and will make it look spotless. - Hot water is always available for showering. - They will return your deposit, albeit after deducting a good chunk of the amount. Cons: - The rent is exorbitant when compared to the square footage of the rooms they provide. Washrooms are tiny. - It doesn’t help that the property is managed by incompetent people; bringing up your concerns with them will, at times, feel like you are talking to a wall. - Electricity bill will be a constant ₹400 or so, even if you don’t use up equivalent units. - Security is often very lacklustre, which is scary. - They false advertise the wifi as unlimited, whereas there is a cap of 150 GB, which is often not enough if you have to attend online meetings. On top of that, the ISP is horrible; slow speeds and frequent disconnections are quite common. It doesn’t help that they have a device cap of 2 devices and you’ll need to pay more to add other devices. - They have just 3 washing machines for over 150 people. Verdict: Pick this place only if you are in a rush to find accommodatio

The best part about this pg is their staff, they are hands on with any problem we face, the cleaning is regular, and they are always available to help out especially Priya, she has been a great support to me. The only problem in this pg is how they overcharge every month.
