Why the score — what people flag
“Negative review but an honest one. In worst case scenario too please do not consider this option. Any other PG will be better than this one. This is just a home converted as PG. hence every room is not quipped with everything , even a window feels like luxury. Also please do not book a bed here without seeing yourself first. I did the same mistake in JAN 2026. I also paid an advance of 4k in advance and stayed for just 1 night then next day i shifted to other location. At first I thought the advance will be gone but the owner did assure me, he will refund back after deducting 1 night stay but it been 10th April already. I have asked him multiple times to refund as 4k for one night is too much and completely sounds unfair but no response. I have stayed before in PG's in different cities but if you are some one who need a faster Wifi and good bed that doesn't make sound when you move then this is not the place. Thanks!”
