Owner is just being harsh. Wasn't even moved in to his building but he was acting as if he owns me. Unnecessarily raises his voice. Very ridiculous and unprofessional. He may own the building but that doesn't give him permission to act arrogantly. In such a case why not live himself in the entire building? Rather than renting to us.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this PG. The owner is greedy, I informed the owner 15 days in advance that I would need to leave urgently for knee surgery, and he assured me that my deposit would be returned. However, after multiple attempts to contact him, he has stopped answering my calls, and it’s been a major hassle and been making excuses. I’ve always paid my rent on time and treated the property with respect, but this behavior is completely unacceptable. The living conditions were not value for money, most of the rooms don't get proper air or sunlight, making them stuffy and uncomfortable. The kitchen has a cockroach problem, and I’ve encountered various insects in the rooms as well. Food is also average. On top of that, the cleaning staff and owners have access to your room whenever they want, and they often ask you to shift rooms or vacate the property. Rent increases were frequent and the wifi was unreliable. I would not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or respectful living environment. The person managing the pg is very discriminative and only gives preference to south/his local, Kerala peoples. Other than that, water filters are not present on every floor. Been there many times, always says the pg is full unless the person is from local side

The open balcony rooms are good but ones which have balconies adjacent to Queens and Kings are of no use. Food quality is average, they serve similar kind of food everyday. The owner is a money minded person and at time of returning deposit he’ll make a lot of excuses.

Just like any other PG. Stayed 16 months there and they increased rent 4 times within that period (1000/- each time). They deduct 60% of total security deposit that is too much. Initially food was good but now it is average.
