Why the score — what people flag
“Most pathetic PG I have been to. I stayed here for like a year and I know about this pg better than anyone else. The only positive about this pg is it is near to college. And negatives are the rooms are so dirty and the maid comes to clean the room only twice or thrice a month, I repeat it's twice or thrice a MONTH not a week. The wifi doesn't work at all, it always has a problem and when the recharge gets over the owner takes one week to recharge the wifi. I don't understand what takes him so long to recharge. Forget about hot water during winters. No geysers. The important thing is, The advance amount is so huge. You can pay that amount to 1 BHK or 2 BHK room along with your friends, that's so much better. I don't know why they collect such a huge amount in advance. And also they won't give you advance while you vacate the pg. The owner will tell you he will return the amount after a month or two citing his personal problems. It's our money and he needs to return it while we leave, his personal problems are not our problems. And he won't return it by due date also. so you must keep calling him everyday after the due date for your amount. I don't know what exactly their intention ”

“Stayed here for 2 years. Pros: Great location (restaurant & pharmacy downstairs), good Wi-Fi, clean drinking water, polite owner, low rent & deposit, maid cleans and does laundry. Cons: Maid keeps asking students for extra money. Maintenance charges were ₹4,000 when I joined but became ₹8,000 when I left. Tip: If you join, get the maintenance charge written in the contract.”

Nan Shah★★★★★This is one of the few men's PGs around PESU. The rent is around 4-4.5k(without food) and deposit is around 10-20k(depends on the contract). There are good hotels and messes around. It's very near to PESU(5 min walk).Most of the people in the PG are students. The owner is very humble. Facilities - Single sharing or two sharing rooms, hot water in the morning and cold water 24/7, WiFi, electricity 24/7, cleaning once a week, washing machine(the maid washes the cloths), a cupboard, single table and chair(even for two sharing), bed. Problems - Hot water doesn't come during cloudy days, the owner does not recharge the WiFi on time and delays it for 1- 2 weeks ( I don't understand what he tries to do), the nearby street is very noisy and gets irritating.

Anik kumar Bhushan★★★★★I stayed in this PG for nearly 1 year, so I think I am the most appropriate one to review it. Honestly the PG is the best in the locality, the rooms are well-lit with natural outside light during day, well ventilated, hygienic and clean rooms.The owners(two brothers) are both very humble and respond to problems faced very early.As a whole, I give the PG a rating of 5 out of 5 as I didn't find any room for improvement. Created a lot of memories and made many friends out there... "THE BEST PG ACCOMMODATION FOR PES STUDENTS".
