poor management with so much of attitude who never bothers to reply back despite of agree price confirmation. One can expect level of service when both the owners himself acts as a guest and forget totally that they are host! Overall its average..Post visit payment is suggested or better book with other better homestay owners else it will be a totally wastage of efforts, time, energy without a scenic view P.S They might threat you we're advocate so don't think of bad review ever 🙏🏻

View from the room is amazing. We can immediately see a wonderful mountain view. Caretaker was really good and helpful. Food served was good. But the room was very poorly maintained. So many insects were there. No fumigation done I believe. Beds were not thick enough and we got back pain next day. The glass door is not tight, so over night when there was wind it kept on shaking and causing noise. The glass doors have gap in between leading to insects coming inside even when it's shut. There is hardly any sound proofing. When the next room is open or closed, every time it feels like someone is banging on your door. And the last 2km to reach the resort is totally muddy. We were charged 5.3k per room for the room upstairs. I don't think it's worth the price except for the view outside the room. We stayed for two nights. Since we were four of us, requested for another room if it'll be free. The owner was kind enough to give us one room extra for one night.

Wonderful experience of living right in the mid of jungle. Great experience Some suggestions: 1. There should be net on door and windows to avoid mosquitoes am jungle insects, 2. Keep some hangers to hang the dresses. 3. Pillows should be softer, 4. Keep full facility to cook in the kitchen since the place is remote, 4. Menu for breakfast and lunch should be a mix of South and North Indian styles. It has a great hill view with clouds. Enjoyed the place fully. Coffee plantation tour was lovely.

The room was clean and good. location was amazing. However , TV could be added in each room as it’s a basic requirement. The one thing that could be improved is the hygienic preparation of food. There was hair in 2 items served and a fly in one of the sabji. As the home stay is in mid of the coffee estate and 12km away from the city, it would be really difficult to get any other source of food. Kindly improve the hygiene in preparation of food!

The loud noise till late in the night of the weekend party makers and early morning rush of safari goers kept us awake through most of the night. And the fact that the staff and all amenities are not in place yet and the food is brought in from the owner's home bothered us. Adarsh was very nice and showed us around his lovely coffee plantation, the food was excellent but the location was a little too remote for us.

We stayed at this property in October. Stay was fine, pros and cons are as below. Pros - Nice view of Mulyangiri peak Spacious room and bathroom courteous staff Decent greenery loaded property Cons - Food - They require to be notified much in advance like 12hrs or more if you need any meal from them. Food options are only few, no paneer items, few veggies only. Distance being 15 kms away from city, food becomes really a challenge as there is no eatery around. Safety - They do not have any staff staying at property so at night you will only have guests there. As it is in secluded area, doesnt feel so safe at night with just the outsiders being there. Old worn out furniture - The room that we satyed had old worn out furnitures, not a pleasant site. Also at that time construction was going on first floor, restricting terrace access, which has nice views.
