Visited the place on new year with family. The serving team was good but the behaviour of the lady I don't know exactly who she was, Rude and pathetic lady with no empathy food was the worst gave felt like non-veg was not fresh. They have served bad quality food which was not expected and live music was a joke we left th place half an hour.

Today I have been to their restaurant "Silver Stag". Sharing my experience in one word- Avoid. Especially when you are with family and expecting veg food. This place is more like where male friends meet to have daaru party and eat non veg starter. In the dinner they gave me big menu card, but most of the items not available.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and always tried their best to organize the best for the guests. The food was good, and there was a wide range of leisure activities including a pool, billiards, squash, tennis, etc. Negative: Breakfast wasn't a buffet; instead, food, especially Indian dishes, was served at the table. The location is rather out of the way; it takes a long time to get into town.

Loved the stay and service team is really good. Manager Rani was very helpful and helped my parents with their needs. Morning complimentary breakfast is simple with three items but it was cooked so well. Café is the best place to hang out. There is no driver rest area. A/C condition can be improved. Overall the stay was good.

We visited this hotel for New Year and had a really good experience. The location near the swimming pool was great and added to the overall vibe. The staff made the celebration special by letting us cut the New Year cake, which was a nice touch. The live music was enjoyable and created a fun atmosphere. Food and service were both good, and the staff were polite, helpful, the price for the food was also reasonable for the tasty food and attentive throughout our visit . Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable New Year experience. Would recommend!
