Worst pg i have ever staying zolo is worst in bengaluru electronic city specially .3rd class service 3rd class managers are there in zolo . They didn’t help u in anyways only while u went to see pg they talk and behave good and make some fake promises after once u opt in they dis appear and after exit u dont even ask they didnt even pick your calls i had a horrible experience at zolo for god sake no body please take zolo here in electronic city anyways all zolos are going to close at the rate they are giving services . Only pro of zolo is u get good looking rooms beside this the food is worst the cleaning is worst even 3-4 mice running over the kitchen in zolo they are like pet . Pest control is 0 . Customer care is -10

Worst PG in Electronic city. Electrician does not come in time, customer care does not answer when called from App. Garbage vendor which Zolo Phoenix has hired does not come to pick it up for weeks due to which entire ground floor stinks. Property Manager Asrudin is not bothered to help resolve the issue. Please dont come to this property ever. And if you are serving notice your ability to raise ticket is disabled. Even CEO of Zolo has done little to resolve property issues inspite of raisisng it on social media platforms. Highly disappointing. Other local property give better service with less money.

I want to give a honest feedback about zolo, primarily with the people working a zolo elec city location. The most incompetent bunch of individuals I came across , just working to make the lives of tenants miserable. I was given a room which was not even painted nor cleaned. You guys charged 2000 rupees for it. You guys stole my food. You guys cheated me from day 1, with one of your employee asking me money. Overall disgusted with your services. Try to improve on it. Customers should be treated properly. Zolo is the worst experience of my life time

WORST PG EVER I am giving one start because there is no option to give negative rating. 1. I paid 7k deposit. I had given 1 month notice before leaving the pg. I didn't see any reason for these people to deduct 2500-/ from my deposit. 2. I had already paid the electricity bill. But they still deducted electricity bill from my deposit. 3. No proper cleaning. You will puke seeing the condition of the dustbins. 4. Food is not provided in the amount you pay. You have to pay extra for food. 5. Washing machines do not work properly. 1 load of clothes takes around 2.5 hours.

ALSO YOU'LL UNDERSTAND THE TRUE MEANING OF SARCASM WHEN THEY SAY YOU HAVE FREE LAUNDRY, 24/7 WATER SUPPLY, ELECTRICITY (IRONY=(E.BILL+GST)) AND WIFI. PRO TIP WIFI STOPS WORKING IN LAST 2 DAYS OF THE MONTH. ALSO WATER STOPS EVERY MORNING. THIS PG WILL INCREASE YOU CREATIVITY AND ANXIETY! This is worst place where I have been there I stayed for 4 months I don’t have any week out of 16 weeks without trouble Lift problem, food quality issues, cleaning issues etc Only thing zolo is prompt is to collect monthly rent even a single day delay hefty penalties are levied on u r account but as guest u don’t have option to question zolo This is real review Don’t go by website or other sites all are paid reviews I personally this is worst corporate property any one don’t even try to be there u will regret for ever
