Hi, This is Satya staying in this PG from past few months. This is one of the best PG in BTM Layout i found. Generally what are the expectations from PG? 1. Good food with hygiene ---These people serving Excellent food i liked it. Day by day they will change the Breakfast Menu, Good food and roti in Lunch and Dinner. 2. Water Source --- There is no water problem in this building. 24x7 water will be there. 3. Maintenance --- Maintenance also so good, i didn't found bad things on maintenance. 4. Room --- Rooms are good, beds are good to sleep, Strong lockers also available, Attached bath rooms, Good ventilation 5. Amenities ---TV, Washing Machines, Filter Water, etc.., 6. PG Staff --- Owners and staff are very pleasant people with great hospitality 7. Budget --- Reasonable Price to have all the above facilities Its a good PG no doubt in that. You can trust this review. I am giving this review to those people who are looking for best PG. Thank You !!

There is no balcony in this PG since this is a new one and no new building have balconies anymore. This building does not have parking but there is a 2nd PG of the same owner 50m away which has parking area. The whole building is under continuous CCTV Surveillance including the floors, roof and outside so 2-3 vehicles can be easily parked outside the building. A lot of people complain about the price but getting WiFi (high gain routers in each floor), Geaser in each room, TV, a Sponge mattress with steel bed which prevents bed bugs, sufficient electrical outlets and a room that is bigger compared to every other PG, the rent is quiet cheap. I am paying 6500 for 3 sharing at the moment and it does change as per the market. You may or may not like the food and you will mostly (95% of the times) have Rice as well as Roti during Lunch and Dinner. Some people also complain about having Rice in breakfast which is actually a preferred diet in Karnataka so that isn't a problem. Breakfast mostly includes: Bonda, Chapati Curry, Poori and Aloo Dum, Uttapam, Set Dosa, Idli, Lemon Rice, Tomato Rice (rarely), Upma. Right now during lockdown the Lunch and Dinner items have reduced because of bad m

Today i am having dosa with chicken. Trust me this pg is awesome. Can't judge in 4 days. Its been 4days for me. Still everything is good in this pg .👌👌👌. They provide lift. Will clean room every day. Highly ventilated with full light. Carts are cool with sponge beds( bed bugs free). Equipped with cctv cameras in every floor highly secured. As if now food is going good. Will update once again in a month.

Good pg he has given us accommodation even when all pg were getting shut with good food and hygienic room. Yeah there's no balcony there u have to go all the way up on 6th floor on roof to get a fresh air. And owner is very friendly and sorts of every problem u have within an hours.

It is a very pleasant place to stay. Service and Behaviour of owner is very good. You feel a homely atmosphere. Here you will find a feeling of home not a PG. There are other PG's in this area, but the homely experience is rare to find. Food is delicious, especially the breakfast( they are serving the Biryani also 2 times in a month😍in Dinner). Location is also close to main road. Hardly 50m from 20th main road.

I visited this pg on Wednesday as I was seeking for one.This pg is newly constructed and the infrastructure is very good. They own 2 Pg's which are located nearby if I'm not wrong. It is owned by North Indian. They have 1,2,3 as well as 4 sharing rooms. The advance is negotiable. Pros: * Hygienic *Attached bathroom *TV in every room *Geyser *Lift facility *2 Washing machines *The food has several varieties ( according to what the owner said) *Common Dinning area *3 times food *Room and toilet cleaning on alternative days *Individual closets *CCTV surveillance system Cons: *Timings have to be followed to operate the washing machine as well as the lift (same electrical line to both) i.e 3 different timings *No food to be taken to your rooms *No power backup (not even for light appliances)
