We chose this hotel to stay in as there were no other options available. The room is spacious, and the price is cheaper compared to other hotels. However, there is no parking facility, so you have to park your vehicle elsewhere at your own risk. The hotel claims to provide hot water only between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM, but in reality, you barely get one bucket of lukewarm water. Using cold water might be a better option. The worst part is the behavior of the receptionist. He acts as though he's doing a favor by offering rooms, showing no regard for customer service. When I requested hot water a little earlier since I needed to leave early, he flatly refused, stating, "You won't get it even five minutes early," as if it were some government rule. It was laughable. These people will never understand the importance of customer service until they experience the consequences themselves. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I hate the timings of hot water,after 7.30am only we can get hot water,what if we need to check out before 7.00am 🤔 If you are on official visit this is not good better to find another.
