The greedy owner and her mother run the place, but neither can cook North Indian food properly, despite advertising as a North Indian PG. If you dare to ask for better food, they threaten to evict you instead of improving—showing zero concern for residents’ needs. No real maintenance: Despite charging ₹2,500 for “maintenance,” the place is filthy, infested with cockroaches, and basic cleanliness is completely ignored. Routine water shortages leave you without water for toilets or bathing in the mornings, and drinking water often runs out, forcing you to fetch it from another floor. Unreasonable restrictions: When you use the kitchen, the owner stares at you constantly, making it uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Stayed here for 18 months never faced any issue be it safety or anything else. The PG has power backup and lift. All of this with a reasonable rent.
