If possible do not take this property, as they are utter cheaters, every month there is something or the other additional charges and if we want to vacate the property no support from any one, do not waste your money please. On top of rent additional GST and then electricity bill 1900 for 2 people, who are not available in the property whole day, and the property managers are useless they don't resolve to any of your issues. Please do not waste your money on any property of ZOLO.

The staff service is bad, they don't listen, and don't care about customer. The rent is too high as per what they are providing, only the property is good, but maintenance is not up to mark. The entrance is always blocked. Repairs don't happen. Lot of noise due to the prime location.

Although the rooms are good, management is very poor especially when we pay this much high amount for a 2 person room 22k + 4k GST. They won't respond to calls and even knock on their doors, poor behaviour. WATER is a big issue, so please look for other properties if you want water before office time. Electricity bills are too high like 2000+ for a single room 2 person. also zolo charges GST on top of electricity bill, I'm not sure if this is legal
