Today we visited Cafe Coffee Day, but the service was really bad. The waiter was very rude and ignored us, which was really disappointing. it felt like they didn't care about us. If you want to take a photo here, you have to pay 5000 rupees. Harshita and Vijay ignored us a lot. Do I have to pay to take a photo here?That Harishita treated us very badly.We have never been insulted like this anywhere.

Today we visited Cafe Coffee Day, but the service was really bad. The waiter was very rude and ignored us, which was really disappointing. We were a group of kids, and it felt like they didn't care about us. The coffee was nice, and the cafe ambiance is very good, but the slow service and the waiter's attitude ruined our experience. We felt like we weren't even there. What made it worse was that we had just come from Ocean Pearl Hotel, where the staff was super friendly and made us feel like we were at home. It was a big difference from what we experienced at Cafe Coffee Day. We also noticed that they said they had free WiFi on their door, but when we asked the waiter, she said it wasn't available. That was really frustrating because it felt like they were lying to us. Maybe the staff at Cafe Coffee Day were having a bad day, but it's their job to make sure customers feel welcome and happy. If they could improve their service and be honest about what they offer, we might have a better experience.

Although the CCD is designed well etc. our experience was horrid. We were probably the first customers that morning. Using the toilet was a horrendous experience given the state it was left in by the last customer or staff who went in. The coffee provided was half a take away cup, which was confirmed as the right quantity by the barista !
