Honestly, this has been the worst PG experience of my life. Don’t get fooled by the photos they look nice online, but in reality the rooms are tiny, overcrowded, and have zero ventilation. They even looted my money by charging me for 15 days when I didn’t stay there and kept my deposit. The food is terrible, the place is badly maintained, and the washing machine makes clothes dirtier instead of clean. The management is the worst part completely money minded, rude, and they don’t know how to treat guests with even basic respect. Before joining they’ll keep calling you again and again, but once you join, they stop bothering to respond. Don’t believe the positive reviews you see online those are fake and posted by their own management to lure people. Trust me, you’ll find much better PGs nearby easily 200% better than this one. My advice, never waste your money here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this PG. The food quality is poor, and any complaints are either ignored or met with unhelpful responses. The manager’s behavior is extremely unprofessional and intimidating. They often threaten residents, stating that if we leave without a 30-day notice, they will withhold our belongings — even when we're willing to forfeit the advance deposit. Despite my readiness to leave without asking for a refund, they still demanded 30 days' payment. I would not recommend this PG to anyone.

Worst pg ever. Food sucks . Management sucks. There is only one kitchen for this pg and prazo. Many times we have to wait for them to bring food from prazo. But they will stop serving on time. Even if there is some food left. Once you pay the rent they start implementing new rules. After 11 we cant play or sit on the roof top. They made it school hostel. They dont provide shoe stands. We have to keep the shoes and dustbin inside our room. Make sure to take list of rules before you join.

Please be careful about the advance refund before joining this PG. The manager gives many explanations and buildup, but when tenants are vacating, they try to avoid returning the advance. My experience with the advance refund was disappointing. Very intelligent Managers...........

Stayed here for around 6 months and honestly, this place is a complete mess. All those 5-star reviews feel fake and don’t reflect the actual reality. The food was terrible often half cooked, burnt chapatis, and very limited in quantity. You’ll barely get a spoon of rajma with no repeats, while the manager clearly cuts corners on food despite taking full payment. Management is worse, and every small issue turned into a daily argument. The manager seems completely uneducated in basic manners and acts like he owns the place. He has no sense of how to talk to residents extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, even during simple things like deposit returns. Getting your deposit back is another struggle, with random deductions. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values mental peace. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere better.If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would.

I have stayed in Nico Co-live pg for 5 months 3 months before management has been changed . The food quality is poor compare between old management. I'd like to recommend this pg to vegetarians because both wednesday and sunday they will keep only panner.paneer kurma is not at all good. Last 2 months onwards pickle is not kept in dining area.Each person takes their own pickles seperately. The bed sheet cover is torn, 250Rs is deducted from the advance amount.Below attached the photo as well check on it.
