🫷🫷Please Alert I stayed at this PG for some time and had an okay experience while I was there. But things got bad when I was leaving. Even though I followed all the rules and left the room properly, the PG owner did not give back my security deposit. I was kept waiting with false promises and excuses. This kind of behavior is very disappointing and unfair, especially when tenants trust the owner with their money. I strongly suggest future tenants to be careful and get the deposit return process in writing before moving in. Not a good place if you expect honesty and clear communication.👎👎👎👎

Worst PG. 1. Food quality is very bad. 2. Hidden charges are there, e.g. electricity bill 3. Owner's Behaviour is rude. 4. Rarely people get their advanced amt back. 5. Maintenance charges - 700/- once. 6. U will never get SAMBAR + chatani together 7. No egg in food🥚 8. No special food. 9. Twice food, NO LUNCH, except weekend. 10. No power backup. Many more...

Owner activity is very worst.... Even friends visits our pg for few hours... He will ask for money that too.... And we cant get the advance while vacating... Bcz he will say 1000 of issues we made... Thats why advance was tallyed... Like that he will tell.... And he will not say about EB bill while joining... After joining he will say EB bill need to pay as seperate... And he won't recharge for TV ... We need to pay for that too.... He will say TV free ... But pls dont go... After joining... If anyone of our room people is not there mean... When the room is getting full then only he will pay for TV ... Else we need to pay for TV

Food is worst and pg owner is a OCD guy and psycho... In covid I have seen some PGs did not charge but this PG guy charged more than 70% of rent... He will charge for advance as a 3k... Some people stayed more than 2 years.. but always he is trying to not to give the return advance and he will tell many reasons and rules and also he try to say damaged things in the rooms.. Most of them did not received the advance.. Finally I would like say PG looks good but rest of things not good and don't join this PG

In Janani PG rooms are good. Room maintenance is also good. But the main problem is with food. Very very poor quality food is serving by Janani PG. One more thing, so many conditions like PG rent should be paid with in first five days of month other wise 100/- rupees will be charged like this.. so many mad conditions are there..
