“Review based on 5-months two-sharing (10k rent): 1. Don't trust the ratings, I feel they're clearly biased. Owners are friendly only until you become an inconvenience to them in any way. I’ve seen residents asked to leave simply for wanting to take food to their room. 2. No tables or Chairs provided in any rooms. 3. Chicken they serve is minimal in portion, 3 out of 5 pieces they serve are either bones or liver that I'm not a fan of. 4. Curry/Rice often get finished before the timings they mention, and say people ate more, they will cook again but just for your info. 5. Wifi is slow in rooms because they chose to use tiles on the corridor walls. 6. Security deposit was ₹3000 for 2-sharing — ₹2000 deducted as maintenance and ₹1000 refundable with 1-month notice (the amount is usually the other way around in other PGs), I told them around 16 days prior (I informed them on 28th Jan that I'd be vacating on 12th Feb) and they denied me that 1000 saying it's poor planning on my part and that I signed on that paper knowing this. 7. Despite what you see in the images, Rooms are too small for 10k rent, especially bathroom & they don't provide any eggs for breakfast (pics might be misleading”
