“I'm currently staying in this PG and the owner is increasing rent without any reason, even when there is power cuts often and there is no generator, name sake changes in menu has been made which in no way justifies the unreasonable increase in rent, anyone questions is asked to get out of the pg and find a place elsewhere or is told it'll be cut from their deposits. There are 3 rats in the kitchen which is very gross and a rat even came to a room in the 4th floor. They had increased the rent last year by 500rs and now they increased again by 1000rs and now we hear that it'll again increase in next month or in the month of December. We will be happy to pay and stay here if they actually make changes worth the rent that they keep increasing but they never do. The lift doesn't work half the time and all they have to do is increase the rent every month. And another thing that i don't understand is their decision of keeping men workers in a women's PG.”

“I stayed in this pg for 3 month, by the 3rd month rent kept on increasing and the food was terrible so I decided to shift on the next month and have informed the manager on the same. I had the most unpleasant experience while vacating, I had left 2 on my boxes in the pg and while i went to collect it, i had lost one of the 3 keys so i told them they had my deposit (my deposit was not returned), they can arrange for a new one. They planned to take away my boxes back and I retaliated, then they locked me inside the pg against my will. Mind you this is an assault, i was screaming for help and asked them to let me go but they didn’t listen, the workers were all men and i was alone there, it was obvious I would be scared. This place is not at all safe, there are no female employees and the owner is very money minded.”

Arju T★★★★★Worst PG ever. Management is really bad. They don't provide room according to vacancy but according to high rent. For about more than 5 months, I'm asking for a balcony room but they have never told me even if there's any vacancy. The manager shifts me to a low rent room but asks for full rent of my previous room. Facilities are getting worse day by day... Just because the location is decent people stay here and they're taking advantage of it.

monalisa Sahoo★★★★★I have been living in the PG for the last four months now. Food is very good compared to the other pgs I have stayed in... Facilities are proper, grievance redressal is prompt and amenities functioning all the time. The staff is well behaved..The day security has the presence of mind to solve problems as and when they are faced, since he is deft in mostly all common languages, he's easy to communicate with, polite and respectful. The location is in proximity to any requirement you can think of...All the top brands be it food, cosmetics, clothes or gym are available within walking distance....Very comfortable place to be living in..

Purvika Anand★★★★★It is truly a safe place for women. The food is very, very tasty and the staff is extremely sweet. I wish I could have stayed a little longer at the property, however, whoever does get to live in the place is a lucky lady.
