“Booking ref no. O882C67B36455 I had made 2BHK villa booking in Feb for the resort for Apr 20th and 21st, 2 months in advance. My cousin brother and his family were flying to Bangalore for a get together after a long time. Had booked this one owing to its proximity to the airport since they had to fly to Manglore on 22nd. These guys cancelled the booking just 2 weeks before our stay on Apr 8th. The reason they gave was that they have a gotten a marriage booking and hence they can't accommodate. It felt so horrible and frustrating, a well made plan of get together had been thrown into doll-drums. I tried explaining them that my relatives are flying to Bangalore and all tickets have been booked but to no use. I would sincerely request everyone to stay away from this property if you want to avoid such experiences. They work purely for profit and dont really care about customer experience. That too they informed only through email and didn't have the courtesy to call even. They don't want to put effort to solve issues, the easiest solution for them is to cancel. It was supposed to be a get together after a long time and they spoilled everything up. We had to look for other propertie”

“I recently stayed at White Mist by Happy Retreat and I must say that it was a highly disappointing experience. The level of untidiness and unhygienic conditions in the rooms were simply unacceptable. I encountered major cleanliness issues, It was evident that the rooms had not been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. Adding to the terrible state of the rooms, I was horrified to discover cockroaches crawling in the room. This was a clear indication of the poor pest control measures in place. It goes without saying that I felt extremely uncomfortable and disgusted during my stay. To make matters worse, the hotel staff repeatedly failed to deliver my orders to the room. I had requested food and some essential amenities, but they were either significantly delayed or completely forgotten. This lack of attention and poor service delivery is inexcusable and highly unprofessional. Overall, my experience at White Mist by Happy Retreat was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of cleanliness, presence of cockroaches, and the staff's failure to promptly deliver orders left me feeling disgusted, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied with my stay. I was told that rooms are available for a certain date and when we went to visit the property, they said it’s not available. When I wanted to book for another date, they said there’s availability and I can book the rooms. However, the management calls me and tells me that if I make the booking, and if they get a bigger booking, they will cancel my booking! This is no way to treat your customers! 0/5 recommended!

Not even basic necessities were met in the rooms. Bathrooms were not clean and stinking… towels were not provided.Even the blankets were not available in the rooms. Basics like lift not working because of which old people had to miss ceremonies, had aggravated knee pains when they were there to enjoy a celebration - and to top it all insensitivity of the staff saying “Lift going faulty is not something that was in our control.” It sure wasn’t, but when things go wrong a sorry, a sense of empathy is all it takes! We were there for two full days and two nights, but it took them 1.5 days to get the lift working. We worked extensively with them on food presentation and food taste; shared detailed presentations on how to present food (at the time of booking we assumed a wedding destination property would know the basics here but they said they serve starters in a quarter plate- which was nothing short of a shock to us; on insisting they arranged platters to at least make the food presentable). Despite all our effort the food was served COLD; we had to go through small details like adding a burner under dishes at the buffet spread. Their staff was

They double booked the venue and made us move to a different section of the property in the last minute despite booking in advance and having elderly and infants with us. When asked the marketing guy Deepak Nair says you can cancel the event at the Nth hour. They put all our guests at so much inconvenience when it rained and spoilt he entire event. The whole time we were only shifting the guests and shifting the tents and nothing else could be done. To clarify on Pradeep’s response - We did not expect exclusive booking of the venue for us but the location promised to us was given to another person. We had to keep shifting the guests and the backdrop decoration 3 times and the whole fun was lost. The Chef did his job but the overall experience was bad.

I booked Vapour villa on 21st and 22nd May, 2022 as during my preferred date that was only available and we were just 4 adults. A day before checkin I came to know that I will get the room by 12.30pm as there was some wedding. But on arrival at 12.30 pm i was asked to wait in the scorching sun, no offer of water also. Then we decided to have lunch n went near the pool area, on telling almost 10 times to give us some water it was provided, by the time we ordered lunch and finished it the time was around 3.30 pm and still our room was not ready. It was 5 pm they said the room is ready and we went there, n found only 1st floor is ready and ground floor cleaning was still in progress. At 5.30pm we got the room which was supposed to be given by 12.30. But no water, no glass, no towels. On calling n telling many times at 9 pm we got water n glass n some ice cubes n to my shock those were all chargeable. But no towels came no tissue came. Then while dinner was served we asked for tissue to give to wipe out hands. Today morning we came to know that breakfast will be served from 8.30 to 10 am

Just before 5 days back I have seen on new year time Period for 3 bhk villa it’s around 36k for 14 adults but not they are eating customer money and raised to 1 lakh for 14 adults in 5 days how we can eat these money I am Hearing first time about this !! Please , do not spoil your wedding or any other event just for the view. Their management is really really bad. For two days we had a function and lift weren’t working. They do not even bother to fix the lift for two days.

Kings maybe.. just warning others.. stay away from this or take risk with these people.. thank god we never booked..i can add the chat proofs how they responded to our texts if they say otherwise.. what say King & Knight..?
