Pathetic Refund Process – No Accountability Even After 60+ Days I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Stanza Modena PG, Manyata Tech Park. It’s been over 70 days since I vacated, and my security deposit is still not refunded. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been zero response from the RC or cluster manager and neither the City head. It's clear that once you check out, they completely stop caring. This kind of unprofessional and irresponsible behavior is shocking from a brand like Stanza Living. They’re quick to collect money but painfully slow—and silent—when it comes to returning what’s rightfully yours. If I don’t receive my refund soon, I’ll be taking this to the consumer court. Dont rely on rating, all reviews are internally requested reviews, all are fake. Worst PG in whole Bangalore Its been more than 4 months now and they have not returned the security deposit and neither of them are responding to msgs/calls. If you get in touch with the Sales person Arbaaz he will first talk very nicely at the time of onboarding and once you vacate they act like they don't know you at all. Think at least a 100 times before Staying in any Stanza PG anywhere in India

Beware! Not refunding security deposit despite serving notice period. They have mentioned the refund will be within 45 days. Its been more than that, but no signs of them returning my money back. If you are very rich then come and stay here.

Worst experience. Salesperson are not replying to any query. They are not responding over call or mail. At the time of leaving they are not giving back the deposit money at all. Whatever you do, you will not get the deposit amount back. It is completely lost. I will not recommend anyone. No security guard at the location.

My son visited and it is a worst experience. Salesperson will not respond to any call or message. They will not give back security deposit money. You will chase salesperson like anytime and still they will not respond and money will be totally lost.

This building situated in good location , Metro station is under construction will connect max main locations from this location. Walkable distance from Manyatha Tech Park, Near by all other facility's are available. Especially good Ventilation for all the Rooms and sufficient water facility 24/7.
